Nice large room. TVs have the resolution of a potato but oh well... Excellent breakfast with lots of options and space to eat. Pool is smaller but water slide was lots of fun for the kids. Would stay here again.

Very clean and friendly staff

Great property. BUT could not believe that they had a very TINY TV. Could hardly see the faces on the screen from the beds.

The front desk never seemed to have anyone sitting at it, but with a little coaxing service was quick to follow. It was extremely disappointing to discover that there were NO TOWELS at the pool. There needed to be a more active PRESENT staff. Yes, the place is older & showing its age. The breakfast was great. The staff when you saw them were super!

The hotel itself is dated and the pool and jacuzzi area wasn’t the cleanest. I don’t think the pool area has been cleaned in years. Black dirt or mold growing on the walls. It felt very unsanitary and we were scared to get into thr water. We stayed. 2 nights and on the first night, I didn’t realize Or was told that the cleaning staff only cleans the rooms every 3 days. Needless to say we were out of toilet paper and towels. Our garbage was full and I had to empty the garbages myself and I also made our beds. I phoned the front desk to ask them to bring towels and toilet paper. Another thing I noticed was that u can hear people running down the hall all hours of the night plus we had a dog barking in one of the rooms for about 4 hours due to the owners leaving this dog alone in a strange place. This went on till about 11:30 pm. I world give this hotel a 9 out of 10 rating for the continental breakfast that is included in your stay. Which was the best part of our stay.

The furniture is out graded

Walls were paper thin, people screaming in halls from 1am to 3am. Hot tub was cold. TV was over 10 years old and 32 inches. House keeping went into my room and the only thing they did was turn the AC to heat and it was quite hot out

Check in staff was extremely personable, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Hot tub was nice and hot!

Unimpressed… no AC running in lobby and breakfast area. First room AC and TV not working. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Checkout was 11am but housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:30 am. Breakfast was ok except no eggs. When I asked.. order didn’t come in but another guest over heard my being told and interjected that her son brought her eggs earlier. Front desk staff came but as I’d booked w hotels.com no reimbursement was possible. This is how they get away w this sub par issues as customer has no recourse.

This hotel was dirty and the pool area was run down and a lot of damages everywhere. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was nice and big, the bed was comfy and the pool had a mini waterslide.

Great place we’ll be back

Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Comfortable rooms. I was amazed at how quiet our room was for a weekend. No doors slamming or load talking. We were at the end of the hall though. Common area floors were in need of heavy cleaning and tables in dining room need scrubbing with a good cleaner as the felt sticky.

Wifi wasn’t reliable and the hotel is in need of a good Reno. I understand this was a pet friendly hotel, but it seemed like we had an animal staying with us and won’t don’t own one.

Curtains didn’t close right. Light above shower tub was out. I’ve stayed here multi times over several years, seems like management is letting things slip.

The rooms were very spacious but outdated and malodorous. We weren’t notified that they didn’t change towels or take out the trash without notifying the front desk staff and we were there for 5 days

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years. Nice fun pool, walked to Red River zoo. Breakfast is good. Rooms good.

Great location, easy to find, walking to dinner

Had to demand the staff to change the bedding as there was dirt and grime on the sheets and comforter. When they pulled off the fitted sheets there were brown spots on the mattress protector. NASTY! Staff seemed very irritated. We were here due to a family medical emergency and there were no other hotels available. Staff refused to give any money back. Staff could not give us another room because they were sold out. We paid $455 for 1 night!! Will not be staying here ever again.

For as expensive as this hotel was I would have rather taken my chances somewhere a lot cheaper. We couldn’t sleep because the people above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling all night. Couldn’t find a front desk person to handle the situation. The next night there was a dog barking constantly. The pool had so much chlorine in it that none of the kids could swim for very long. The rooms were filthy. I travel for work and have never stayed somewhere so bad that was so expensive. Even when calling the number and complaining they acted annoyed and offered no help. This was by far the worst experience in a hotel.
