Good, standard, no frills place. Our room was clean and parking was easy. Only downside was breakfast was very mediocre and crowded. However, the workers did a great job of keeping everything stocked. . So no problem with that. We were there over Labor Day weekend so maybe crowds were bigger than normal.

The check-in process was great, and we felt welcomed. As soon as we got to the room, we found a used floss pick on the chair that was at the desk, which was disgusting. We were told at check-in that housekeeping would not clean our rooms during our stay, but we could ask for more towels if needed. As a family of 4, we definitely needed more towels and they were supplied without any issue. However, by night 3, we definitely needed the trash bins emptied. Everyone was super nice except for the lady working the front desk on Sunday evening. We went down to ask for 2 extra blankets. She asked how many nights we had been there. She then asked what our room number was. She asked if we had opened the sofa bed because the bed was made and we didn’t need more blankets. She asked why we needed blankets. I told her we were cold. She then said she’d see if she could find us 1, but we couldn’t have 2. I get that sometimes there is a shortage of blankets. If she’d have simply said that, we would have understood. But to grill us about needing blankets in a room we are paying to stay in is unacceptable.

Pool had so much chemical it hurt to breathe in the enclosed pool area. Breakfast was in horrible disarray and cleanliness. Bed was substandard as well as personal care amenities were few. Will not stay again when I can stay at a compatibility priced facility literally down the road that has gave us a much more grand experience.

The staff was very friendly, the Hotel was clean and close to all the stores and restaurants that i needed to go to. On my next trip to Hot Springs, i will be going back there.

Great prices, clean property, and accommodating staff. Could just use a fresh paint job on walls, updated entertainment centers and hotels need to invest in smart TVs. Most people have their own subscriptions. It would be nice with the free wifi for the tv to be a smart one. We had a hot tub suite. Cannot complain a bit, room was very large and all amenities were included.

Enjoyed the convenience of being between everything. 3.2 miles from National Park and other downtown places such as Bathhouse Rowe. Receptionist that works 7am- 1pm was a little forgetful on somethings (promised to call when our room was available, waited 3 hours and never received a call; requested housekeeping to get the trash and towels out of our room-it didn’t happen, and we had to go down and they finally came). She was the only worker, and had a lot to do. I suggest the hotel reconsiders offering more assistance for employees. I walked down and past the desk, I overheard the same receptionist telling people that was trying to check in “ I’m only one person you have to wait”. Breakfast was offered, it was ok. We only ate once and decided to get breakfast elsewhere the rest of our 4 day stay. Overall, good place to stay.

We overall had a good stay! Really enjoyed our breakfast. The service was very kind and helpful. The pool had several clumps of hair and we had ants all on our air conditioner. Those would be my only complaints.

Cleaning needs to be done more thoroughly. Mold and mildew in shower. Light fixtures and mirrors were dirty. Floors stained. Staff was quiet and distant the whole stay. Breakfast was ok and usually cold. With the previous reviews I was quite shocked with the actual state of this hotel and staff.

Common areas and the room were both very clean, quiet, and updated. The room was spacious. Hotel staff were very friendly and gave quick service. Price was great for the room, service, and extras (breakfast, gym, location access to freeway).

We booked two rooms in 7.14.24. Price $137 per room. Breakfast included. Rooms excellent, clean, fridge, microwave vending, ice. Nice towels and plentiful towels not those hard rip your face off towels! Swimming pool open until 11 pm Breakfast fresh plentiful eggs sausage self make waffles, toast biscuits gravy oatmeal packs fruit, coffee several selections of coffee regular decaf bold juices granola bars - cereal customers trashed the eating area fast! 6 am to 930am kitchen time. Front desk staff very friendly even had lemon water at the desk...we were coming from magic springs super hot and exhausted and not used to elevation - hills etc. So actually we were a bit sick, nose bleed from the young one too. Easy fast check in appreciated we needed rest cool down recovery! Nearby shopping, food options
