We were expecting a little more with the Hilton name. Just wasn’t up to par. We were a bit disappointed

The sign in the elevator said that breakfast was $10, but come to find out it was $15. Not a huge deal, but it was definitely more of a $10 breakfast. Probably would just get food somewhere else next time.

Great. My first room ha a very hard bed, they changed rooms and were vert helpful.

The Front Desk I did not get Her Name she was awesome!!! She answered any questions we had and pointed us in the right direction. Really nice and pleasant person.

Everything was as expected.

Some type of motorcycle convention was being held at the hotel during my stay. The hotel’s management allowed at least 20 to 30 bikers to congregate and park in the drop off area in front of the hotel and the bikers consistently revved their bikes there during the middle of the night and early morning. The exhaust fumes could then be smelt in my room.There was no concern for other guests and I was uncomfortable coming into the hotel during my stay. There was no hotel security in sight! These bikers were wearing “cuts” so you knew they were in a gang. Shame on the hotel for not containing their activities to a conference room. Instead the bikers congregated in the parking lot of the hotel and in the lobby area. This situation made my stay terrible and extremely uncomfortable. It’s almost as if I was in the middle of a “Sons of Anarchy” production! Hilton has lost my business.

We had an excellent stay and the staff were amazing especially Erin who welcomed us when we arrived and offered games to our daughter and the restaurant staff Wahiba Carlos and Anita gave five star service each day with amazing service and good food

Lovely, would stay again.
