Had a lovely room with a Juliet balcony with a view of The Sanctuary. We were upgraded and given a bottle of red wine. Breakfast had lots of choice and very enjoyable. We didn’t eat there in the evening and the bar was closed, which was fine for us. Pool area nice, although we only looked. Brilliant location for The Sanctuary. Overall, we recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the stay. Breakfast is very complete. We booked one more night. Rooms are very clean and the hotel swimming pool and gym very nice. Thank you.

The bed was so confortable. The room had a lot of space and the bed too! I loved my stay here. The only critic I can make is that, at the time of my stay, is was December and the passage was a bit cold.

Property puts more choices for breakfast on Sunday than during weekdays. Watermelon on Monday was left over from Sunday. That the only bad comment about this property.

Hotel was lovely but a bit of an issue with the shower head as it didn’t fit into the fixture and fell off every time it was used .

There are plenty of places to eat if you want a change from the hotel. Staff at the hotel were very helpful. Disappointed that there is no fridge in the rooms.

When visiting Fatima, or traveling through Portugal, this is a great place to stay. Clean, modern, and very close to the sanctuary, or to various places to eat and shop in Fatima.

There was some confusion at first for there are two separate hotels. Finally Paulo set me straight and he and Ana placed me in 635 which was a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen! Breakfast very nice and efficient. Hotel is good proximate to Santuary and around corner from post office. It is a ten minute walk from bus station.

HotelStaff was very immature and knew very little about surrounding area. Restaurant Staff was more interested in taking care of a tour group then the four of us. We went and found our own restaurant. Buffet breakfast was limited and short on food.

The hotel is in a good location to visit the Fatima Cathedral and Chapel. The condition of the rooms is very good but the shower curtain was filthy, it had mold on it and emitted a foul smell. The major problem with this hotel is there is construction on the streets surrounding the hotel and virtually all entrances are blocked off, it took us an hour to reach the hotel. The staff was on the cold side and not very helpful.
