Lovely place with super comfy beds. Really enjoyed staying here. Staff were amazing and so helpful.

Place is so dirty and smelling. Rooms have less amenities, even have less Towels and if request for more towel, they don't provide it.

Room number was different from the reservation, but that’s not really important. Completed the pre-arrival check-in to “save time” but had to do everything all again at the office. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, television had lines across the screen, and the beds were terrible. Would not recommend this hotel.

When we got into our hotel room, the bathtub had someone else’s hair in it. There were bugs in the bathroom. It was noisy. It almost smelt like pee in the room. The photos on expedia are extremely different from in real life. Went back to the receptionist to ask to check out because of the cleanliness, because we were staying for two nights, I asked if I could at least get my money back for the next night so we could go somewhere different, but I was told couldn’t give me my money back at all and that they would give us a different room instead. I only agreed because I could not get my money back, and I didn’t want to pay for another hotel room. I was sure that the new room would be the same, if not worse and it was. The headboard was broken on the bed, there was drips of what looked like to be pop on the wall, and bugs in the same room. It was loud, and generally an unsafe area. The male receptionist was rude, and assumed we smoked when we didn’t. He yelled at us for a good while about not to smoke in our new room, when we both didn’t smoke. I would not recommend anyone with kids to go here, or any solo travellers. I don’t think I would recommend anyone to go here.

The room had mold in the exposed bathroom ceiling fan, damage to the tub, light in bathroom barely worked. I was not comfortable sleeping on their bedding as I felt crumbs in my bed. Evening staff was rude , morning gentleman was quite though. He was good.

I booked the hotel because it offers breakfast. There’s no restaurant and the front office guy packed a muffin and an apple and said it’s the breakfast.

The house keepers maintain the room clean every day. Unfortunately it’s just this positive thing to say. So, let’s go to share my experience: 1-Reception: when I arrived; the receptionist argued against me and yell very nervous just because I arrived at 13 :pm, even I explained that my request for early check-in was done on line. He said I wasn’t right to require anything because it was Saturday! Tension situation but I kept myself calm and keep rolling. This behaviour was totally unacceptable and no professional at all!! 2-Internet : very weak wifi! My last 3 days I had no wifi at all. 3- Itens in bad condition: switch lights cracked. Carpets torn, toilet exhaust rusty, finishing walls unglued. 4- there is no signalization to put outside the door when a room service is required. Results: housekeepers knock at the door when you’re still sleeping. We can’t’ relax like that. 5-No breakfast service during the days I stayed 6- bad smell on the water. So bad that the smell keeps on the room. 7- No safety: all rooms are vulnerable to the outsiders. There is a big market place nearby, but al the time I have to got my room, I had to face strange people walking, yelling or doing suspect things. I hope Thriftlodge could fix some of these issues. Unfortunately my vacation in Regina was quite compromised. I

Dirty dirty!!!

Our air conditioner did not work and there were no other rooms. It was so hot we packed up and left at 7 am as we could not sleep

The property manager was a rude man. Very demanding and threatening . Tiles were old and falling down looks like they were old enough to have asbestosis in them. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was rude and property does not look like the pictures at all. I do not recommend staying here.

You should consider removing this motel because it is in a dangerous area. I was immediately uncomfortable on arrival so I spoke with a local shop owner who said I would not be safe after dark. I later spoke with a Regina police officer who echoed that comment. I cancelled and went to the east side of town.

This is a low end priced motel on a busy street. Considering that, the people working were very friendly and the room was clean and appeared to have been somewhat updated. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for... and bring earplugs, which I never leave home without. Your 1st reaction might be that it is rundown, but my room was quite nice and comfortable.

Staff was rude, unsafe area, i would never recommend this and when i was going cancel booking they didn’t say any good word and expedia also didn’t help me on that time. I was really disappointed.

The property is in north central Regina thats not totally ideal for most travellers. The reception upon arrival was polite and kind. Checkout with a man was bizzare as he was very abrupt for no reason. Maybe got up on the wrong side of the bed??? Breakfast is a joke as you get a bag with a bruised apple, small orange juice, muffin wrapped, so even though they advertise breakfast included, it is not what most ppl think it is. There is a main street that is quite noisy and ppl gathering in the parking lot making noise until early morning. Room was clean, bathroom updated, but I wouldn't advise to walk on the carpet!! For low end budget hotel, its ok for 1 nite.

Best priced

We had multiple people knock on our door, there was a fight right outside our door. There was homeless people everywhere. There was a walk up window instead of a check in counter. It was terrifying and terrible

I have stayed before when it was Knights Inn and is basically the same still. Could use a little fixing up. The rooms were clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting food to eat. Will stay again if stopped in the area.
