First, I must point out the hotel is well located around a few restaurants and shopping centres, and is only a 25-minutes’ walk into the main town square. The front desk staff were good and helped where they could. But unfortunately, I have to give an overall 2 Star Rating for this hotel as I made a rookie mistake, and in my rush to get to a meeting I accidently left my watch in my work bag. When I returned it appeared that a member of the cleaning staff searched my bag and stole my watch. I reported this to the front desk and was told that they are very sorry this happened and that was it. No follow up, no incident report. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I have to say this is the first time this has happened. It a shame as I did like this hotel for the location but as a result of this incident, I will not be staying in this hotel again on any future trips to Murcia.

The room was of adequate size. The shower was very good The bed was very, very comfortable Didn't try the breakfast - 12 euros each - too expensive. We had breakfast in a cafe outside the hotel

The hotel is great, clean, comfortable, the only bad thing is that they have these synthetic comforters which are super hot, they don't breath, so you wake up sweating, and the heating system is very erratic too.

The hotel is not close to other restaurants and bars. The mattresses on the bed were worn out and bugs in the bathroom. I expected more from this hotel. The staff was nice.

We are travelling around from Valencia, Albacete, Murcia, Cartenga, Alicante. This was a lovely relaxed hotel. Breakfast the best so far. Excellent tortilla patata and fresh pastries. Had pleasant swim in pool and 20 minutes into historic center of Murcia. Staff nice.

Good hotel overall. Parking is 10€ (even though on the ad it said free parking). Clean rooms, nice staff. There is also a swimming pool.

Room had a kettle and fridge. Breakfast had the usual eggs, meat, fruit, bread/pastries. There is a grocery store attached but it is Not open on Sundays. Parking garage is nice and there is an elevator to get up to the hotel. Overall recommend.

Good quick check in. Room was fine in regards to size, nothing overly fancy but clean and practical. Staff helpful. Parking onsite. 15 mins walk from centre.

Just short of perfect…. Would have been nice if there was coffee and milk or whitener in the room instead of just black tea, a spare blanket for us cold blooded Brits, and the chambermaid only replaced one of the bath towels…. But that’s being picky. Great position, especially for the market on a Thursday, very friendly staff, easy access and exit from the car park.

Very convenient, especially with the reasonably priced parking space located directly under the hotel, which made it an ideal place to stop for one night. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of food. The city center with plenty of restaurants is a 15-minute walk away. Clean, comfortable, quiet room.

The only thing I think they need to improve is making sure people do not smoke in rooms. We had to switch room 3 times due to the tobacco stink.

Car parking was extra at 10 euros/day.ACdidn’t work. Bath/ shower was small and difficult to get on and out of safety.

We really enjoyed our stop and unusually for a Spanish hotel it had an electric kettle and mugs. There is a Mercadona next door so easy to buy a few things. Only downside was restaurant not open at weekends. Good value.

Great hotel in good location for a one night stop over, easy to find and plenty of local parking.

The hotel is located in an easily accessible area and is a short walk from the centre of Murcia. There is free underground parking, free WiFi, a gym and a pool, although note that during my visit in mid-Sept the pool was now closed for the winter (it was 29c outside). There is a small bar and restaurant which were very nice if a little character-less. The staff were helpful and there is a space for taxi pick up directly outside the main entrance. I would recommend this hotel for stays in Murcia.

Nice hotel, very clean, good value. Breakfast was not ready in time each day, some main course items were not available until an hour after opening in the morning.

The best part was the breakfast! I also really appreciated that they accommodated for 3 people, an odd number for a party.

The breakfast experience on Saturday & Sunday was appalling due to only two members of staff and not enough tables, glasses & cutlery for the number guests. At one point 12 people were waiting and arguing because there were no tables available. The lobby cafe was excellent and staffed by a very efficient young man who did everything that was asked.

Nice hotel to do a step. Nice room with space. The breakfast is good and various. You can park your car outside and it is free. You can go without problem.

There are not enough space for storage. Only one cup in a room for 4. No where to hang bathing clothes and towels for drying, which is strange for a hotel with a pool. The pool is very small for a hotel with that size. The bar and other shared spaces have to much light.

Arriving on a Sunday, most shops, etc nearby were closed. The pool was very welcome on the hot day, and there was a pool attendant/ fitness assistant on duty. Room service was great. Fridge and kettle handy. Breakfast was ACE!

I was staying there with my daughters and we enjoyed the pool and the gym and the closenes to the city and the University, which was especially important for us since we were there for a Congress in Sociolinguistics. We were very satisfied with everything and can recommend the place to anyone travelling to Murcia.
