Very clean and well stuffed appartment. Love Nespresso mashine and provided coffee. Bed was comfortably, pillow soft enough, clean sheets.
No on-site parking. Hotel staff referred to the next street parking for 30 euros a night.

Apartment-Hotel Riemergasse is centrally located in Vienna. Our unit was spacious one large bedroom and a large living room with a full kitchen. The building has been renovated with a beautiful elevator. One of the units is the 24 hours hotel reception. There is daily cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful with questions and request. We highly recommend this hotel-apartment

Location: short walk from the cathedral, opera, shopping areas and U Bahn.
Room: spacious with great touches, clean, good bathroom and kitchen facilities.
Some noise (loud tv and talking) did travel from a neighbouring room.

The property is very spacious and centrally located. Everything was within a few minutes walk. We had no problems with the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. However, management was slow in responding to my emails. I happened to leave an item in the apartment on check-out day. I immediately emailed the office saying that if they found it I would pay the courier and any handling fees for them to ship it to me. I initially didn’t get a response and had to keep following up to hear back from them. Our back and forth emails took about a week until I concluded that they wouldn’t find it. While I understand that they might not be able to find it for me, the slow communication showed a lack of urgency and care are the matter.

This apartment hotel by far is the best unit we’ve stayed in our 6 weeks trip in Europe. The full size kitchen is so homey; we were able to sit down to have several nice family meals together. The laundry service is phenomenal; left in the room in the morning, and is done by the time when we returned to the room at the end of the day.
The staff Paul was especially helpful; the apartment itself is like a historic building itself; the property is located right at the center of Vienna old town; super convenient for shopping and dining, and public transportation.
It is a gem in the area; we will most definitely to come back when we are in Vienna again

I liked my stay at the hotel. Everything is great. When you get to the hotel, there is no lobby with reception you can walk to. You have to press the button for reception and they let you in. The reception is one floor up in a room. Just a little bit of trouble with check-in. But I would stay. Walking distance to Innere Stadt historical area.

The ApartHotel an der Riemergasse was in the perfect location for our first stay in Vienna. Everything was within walking distance; all the main sights. We even walked from the CAT station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the addition of a kitchenette with dishwasher was very useful. The fact that our teenage son could have his own space (on the sofa bed) made this an ideal place to stay for our family of three.

Our stay was incredible! The property and room were very clean and located well. We loved the extra space in the room, fridge and coffee maker. If we come back to Vienna, we will definitely be staying here again!

Rooms were comfortable but very dusty. We wiped the window sills and floor ourselves. Phone in room didnt work. This was never fixed during our entire 5 night stay.
My wife hated the look of the sofa the kids had to sleep on as she felt it didnt look clean enough. She slept on it with my daughter and both ended up with lots of red blotches over their skin . We had it checked out when we got back home 2 days later and the opinion was that of bedbugs!!! First experience of that, and quite unexpected in a city like Vienna. This Really put us off traveling.
Location of hotel was good. Apartment was actually pretty decent. If only the cleanliness of the sofa bed wasnt an issue, it could have been a nice stay. This ruined it sadly.

Great property, felt like living there more than a hotel. Room was clean with all the amenities. We parked in closeby paid parking lot where this complex had agreement with. Parking was expensive but we paid it at the reception while checkout with discounted rate. Walkable distance to the main attractions and restaurants.

They were very accommodating when we needed to change our dates. Beautiful, old building with each room being unique. Front desk helpful with everything, from keeping our luggage before and after check in/out to helping find a pharmacy and needed medicine. Great location with walk ability to major attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We were really impressed with this facility - the apartment was perfect for us, very clean and modern. The location is excellent, on a quiet street yet just minutes from the centre and access to restaurants, shopping, local sites. We will definitely stay here again. Most travellers from Canada/USA fly into Austria early morning, this hotel will arrange shuttle service to/from airport and we were able to leave our luggage there until the apartment was ready. Overall just an excellent place to stay

Location is good. You buzz the building to be let in, take a cool elevator to the Mezzanine and check in there. The guy in the office was friendly and helpful and then personally showed us to our room. We had a room on the fifth floor facing St Stephens and the view was great. We had a studio and it was a reasonable size for 2 ppl to cook (kitchen had EVERYTHING but fyi the fridge is not full size) and then eat in the little sitting area near the beds. The sleeping area was sunk down 2 steps which semi seperated it from the kitchen and the bathroom. Beds were ok. They ask you how full you want your pillows so you can each decide and get a good pillow for your personal preference. Very clean. Zero issues. I would 100% stay there again if i visited Vienna.
