The staff were helpful and patient but I thought the surrounding area and architecture of the hotel was unattractive and rather depressing

Very basic motel but very clean and comfortable. Stated in 'entertainment district' but nothing opened until 8pm. Lidl supermarket 5 mins away

We arrived late into Ravenna and our Bed and Breakfast hotel requested additional money simply to open their doors because it was after 8pm on top of the amount we already paid for the hotel. If it was a small amount we really wouldnt have minded paying, but the property manager was asking for an unreasonable amount so we started our hunt for another hotel. Trying to find another hotel in the city was almost impossible since everything was full from other travelers who were in the same situation from their bed and breakfast reservations. An additional note is that the other hotels also take advantage of these situations by increasing their prices. The Autohotel was the only honest hotel that quoted us the same price that we found online. The room was clean, washroom was clean, parking was free and the staff were very kind. Next visit to Ravenna I would stay here again without thinking twice.

We arrived in the middle of the night (3am) but were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist. The day time service was equally friendly and helpful. For those travelling by car this is hotel is excellent.

Autohotel is a box-like structure that is not very appealing on the outside. On the inside, however, the room was simple but clean and well organized, a very good value.
