Stay was fine. The property shows its age and the carpet felt a bit damp. The room I had a severe smell of smoke from its previous life as a smoking room. The WiFi was not good for business That being said, the staff was responsive and amazing.

Excellent value for the cost. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff were great. We stayed an extra night due to these conditions.

I stay at this property once a month and I’m always satisfied with the staff and with the overall experience. Thank you very much.

Great location, nice area. Clean. I will say the staff was not super friendly, nothing bad just not very interested in being there as a whole. It's nice to be greated by someone with a smile. Good stay, would definitely stay there again.

Just a one night stay on our trip. It was very nice and left a happy customer.

I booked this room for 5 people and when we got to the hotel they told us we had to pay extra for the cot ( extra folding bed ) for the fith person. Only place we stayed that has done that to us.

All I can say is Excellent, Excellent.

Close to beach and was quiet

The rooms are spacious and the free breakfast is delicious. The rooms are a little dark but most hotel rooms are.

The staff members were very friendly, helpful, and made our check in and check out very easy. There are food trucks (which were super yummy) right out of the fence line. Food and shopping is an easy walking distance from the hotel. Parking was no issue for us.

I stay at this particular hotel once a month and their overall hosting abilities are consistently satisfying.

The stay was amazing except for the day we checked in the lady at the front desk was rude she slammed my paper on the counter and said here sign this

Rooms where humid Mini fridge was dusty and obviously not been cleaned there was food tht belonged to someone else.

This place had wonderful staff and was very quiet!!! Would most definitely stay again!

Our stay was comfortable.beds were clean,front staff is nice and attentive and breakfast is decent.The hotel smells fresh and clean but unfortunately we had to check out within two days as we had a death in the family but they were very understanding and agreed to give us a refund for the days we will not be there which is still pending due to the weekend but that was a relief.Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay

The place and the room looked nothing like how it actually was....dont fet me wrong...room was clean and service is always there...but feom the pictures i though it was going to be much better....good hotel on a budget..!

Great hotel

Needs updating in my opinion. Brighten up the place. Not ideal location.

I had no complaints other than the vending machines were not working proper so we had to go in to the gas station to get drinks.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staffing was great. Very attentive. Great breakfast especially the lady preparing the food. Front staff very helpful. Had a great stay.

The check in front desk people are very rude and talk about you out loud when passing through the lobby. The lady checking us in was rude the whole time and the Indian descent guy keeping looking at us with disgust and mubbling under his breath while we stood there checking in. When we passed back through the lobby with our luggage and stuff for the week, he started making rude comments and the 1st lady joined in. Very unprofessional! The housekeeping lady was nice and courteous. The ladies in the breakfast area seemed to be in bad moods and would keep rolling their eyes and making comments to and about people the whole time during the breakfast hours. Luckily we were out of the hotel more than we were in it. The 1st night we noticed that our room phone was broken and we had no shower curtain. They put a shower curtain in and told us to not even worry about a room phone. That's fine, that guy was actually very nice. Overall, the hotel itself was good, but the front desk and breakfast employees were horrible. Atleast fake being nice to your temporary tenants.

Location is great: walking distance to nearby restaurants & parks. The only problem we had was walking into a damp room with damp pillows, carpet, towels & bedding. Not sure if it was due to AC being off or if it was not sanitized properly.

The room stank immediately after we checked in. The staff tried deodorizing the room by stuffing coffee pods in AC unit and having the room freezing cold. It was moldy spots on furniture including mattresses. Next morning one of our kids woke up to a bed bug crawling on them. Immediately went to front desk where she was insinuating that we brought it with us and normally if we wouldn’t have booked through a third party that their policy was to have us leave the building. Since we did go through a third party and had no extra money for another hotel the staff told us they’d move us to a new room once one became available next morning which turned out they moved us to a room 3 doors down from where we originally were and after that happened it was all attitude with us til we left. This hotel is gross they don’t even seem like they vacuum the floors. If you have allergies do not go here. If you don’t want bed bugs don’t go here. The last time we will be booking a hotel.

Easy process to check in. Our rooms were available earlier then check in time which was convincente for us.
