My family stayed for 6 nights. It was so comfortable, clean and all around fabulous. Daily hot breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The only negative, the pool was temporarily closed out entire visit. That made the kids a little sad. As a whole, it was outstanding. The most comfortable beds I ever slept in.

I picked this location specifically because it had an indoor pool. When we arrived at 4pm, the pool was “temporarily” closed for cleaning. After we ate dinner I asked the staff at 7pm when the pool would be opening. I was told that it would not be opening at all tonight. There was no one cleaning in the pool area the entire time we were there. I believe the staff did not want to deal with the pool being open. Second the AC unit in our room was leaking, the entire room had a musty smell, and half the floor was soaked. This location had good reviews on here, but I would recommend choosing a different location.

The bathroom was not completely cleaned. You can tell it had not been wiped and a used bar of soap was in the shower area. There was unidentified stains on the sheets. The breakfast was average with not many options but for a one night stay it was doable.

The room was comfortable, the shower curtain needs to be thrown away, one elevator was working and the only ice machine was on first floor end of hallway. The refrigerator cuts off every couple hours not good for having a cold drink when getting back to room. Staff was very friendly.

Overall, this hotel met our needs for a one-night stay near the airport. The pool looked tiny, and was closed for cleaning during our stay. Our room was nicely laid out with a separate space for lounging or working. Areas of the hotel were not well-air conditioned. Breakfast was ample with a pretty good variety.

The clerk checking everyone in was super rude. Tried calling a week early for an early check in and the one time they answered they said call the Thursday before. When I did, no one answered the phone and I called for 2 hours straight. The room was ok, there were stains in the tub, the entire floor smelled like spray adhesive and the bed felt like it had been there for decades. It was absolutely horrible to the point another front desk clerk asked by husband if everything was ok based on his facial expression.

It was wonderful except the pool was down, one of the reasons I booked there so my daughter could swim however we only stayed one night so it was not a priority! My son was happy there was a gym as well.

The room was nice, and appeared to be clean and smelled fresh. Prior to checking out we stripped the bed and that's when we were grossed out. The sheets themselves were clean. The mattress cover and mattress was severly stained. Otherwise, I would have given the property a 5 star. Please clean the mattress and change the mattress cover in room 335.

The staff is above the standards and I really love the size and cleanliness of the room. The area threw me off but the experience was great.

Would not recommend at all. Rooms have a smell, shower was cold and is extremely slippery, toilet had a ring of black mold around it as mildew in the siding of the tub. Breakfast was a disaster, food was watery and soggy, elevator did not work 2-3 days of the stay also no hot water for 2-3 nights, and to top it off my card was charged unbeknownst to me at 3:47am once for 60.00 the next for 40.00. Shady front desk receptionists, no sense of urgency or care for guest. Highly do NOT recommend!

Overall I would stay here again, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was great! My only issue was that our AC in our room was leaking and the floor around the unit was soaked!!! Also we had an Ant problem in our room as well! Besides that it was a nice hotel.

Great overnight stay during a move from state to state. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. One thing to note, there is no signage off the main road. The address of GPS takes you to the first hotel on the service road using the same address. We had to call the desk, and get directions to go all the way around the back of the service road to find the place. It would certainly be of benefit to place signage on both entrances of the service road to find the hotel amongst the other 3 chains on the same road.

We stayed here one night when we were passing through on our way to spend a day in historic Charleston. The location is convenient - close to the main highway, but far enough away to be quiet. Everything seemed clean and well kept. Our room was clean and comfortable, aside from the fact that the cleaning staff had left the a/c turned off (and it was 90 degrees outside) , so our room was 86 degrees when we arrived. We turned the a/c on and it quickly cooled down so we were able to go to sleep. Breakfast was the best we've seen in a comparable hotel with many options, including salsa and spinach for the scrambled eggs, vegetarian sausage patties, and a plethora of toppings for oatmeal and yogurt. The shower was clean with good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. It was about a 25 minute drive to historic Charleston. It was a pleasant stay and we would return if we come to the area again.
