On busy road (during day) but not bad later in the day and slept well.

This was a nice room facing b the ocean. It would’ve been nice to have an elevator or have been given the option of a 1st floor room. Staff on duty only until 8pm so b they helped us out with our late arrival by leaving the key for us to get in.

Great location, size of room, comfy bed, spa was fabulous & the purpose for stay- it was great to ease sore muscles & a perfect place to get away & relax. The beach across the road on one side & access to shops, grocery store, cafes on the other side. Great communication with staff, an excellent place to stay

Picked a room with a spa bath was lovely and clean. Great little apartment with a nice view of the sea. Bed was super comfortable. Relaxing and nice to see it has been done up inside.

Nice size room and well set out. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Rooms are just getting a bit tired and need some work but over all a good place to stay

Very happy to have been offered a ground unit on arrival (finding out we were supposed to be on 3rd floor - no lift) for the same price - very nice of the staff on deck. 2 older arthritic ladies who hadn't thought about what floor we'd be on!

The bathrooms need a good clean. The edges of the tiled floor are quite dirty. There were hairs on the floor & in the shower. The hand basin drain must be partial blockedas it took a long tome to drain.Rubber band under bed. The bottom sheet in bed was not rucked meaning as soon a i moved i was on mattress protector.

We loved how quiet it was they’d gone some trouble to cut out the noise. We’ve stayed at other motels in the same street that were quite noisy. For this motel the bedroom was at the back of the unit and had wooden shutters to deaden the noisy was very effective. The curtains made the unit very dark which was great for sleeping in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Probably the only thing I would have liked was cushions on the sofa and a hand rail to help with getting out of the spa.Hosts were very friendly and checked with us everything was ok. You don’t get that usually. A nice touch thanks.

Very noisy for most of the night then again early in the morning with traffic and people and even fireworks at 11.30 in May. The room is dated and needed new paint etc. location for walking and the view is brilliant.

Short 1night stay for early morning flight to Auckland. So my comments can only be brief. All in all pleasant stay and excellent customer service from the Reception - young lady very helpful with my requests. Will surely stay again when I return to Napier for a visit.

The room location was great but not having a working lift was a pain, being on the 2nd foor. However we were offered the service of the person who checked us in to carry our luggage. The property and room is a little tired in appearance. There was a massive jacuzzi in the room and a shower in the bathroom but no bath or show gel provided. When i asked reception said they did not supply only a tiny bar of soap and a small bottle of conditioner. Of the 12 hotels on route in NZ this is the only one and having a jacuzzi bath should have been a no brainer.
