The location, free breakfast option and staff were all excellent. Although the rooms, since it's condo style, they could've added other necessary items like paper towels, paper napkins and also additional outlets for charging electronics. If they don't want to use plugs, the lamps should at least have a usb port where we could charge our phones while we sleep. I had to move some furnitures so I could access the plug to charge my phone while I sleep. Also, the room spray that they use in the lobby doesn't smell inviting. It smells of old people, they need to use a diffuser with a scent that's inviting rather than nauseating. Other than that, I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay while I was in Manila. Thank you

Hmmm simple, clean room, friendly staffs but the food for breakfast are all left to room temperature for most of the days,….. hope they could do something, the wax for the heating finished and wasn’t replaced. A very big discount to the hotel.

Great experience as always. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. Prompt response on requests. Joy Nostalg is where we celebrate special occasions, since we can be with our furboys. We will definitely be back there.

I stayed at Joy nostalg 10 years ago but the property was getting old so I switched to Crown Plaza. I came back after 10 years and everything looked the same, just older. Nothing really works in the room. the aircon thermostat stays at 20 deg despite I put it at 26 deg. it was so cold. The shower tap turned on the rain shower first, wetting me completely then I struggled to change to hand shower. floor with marble was cold to the feet. WHy can't they use carpets or LVT? Overall experience is very bad and am surprised that it is managed by Accor. This is giving Accor a bad name indeed.

We really like this property, they are always nice and welcoming. The room we had was a 1 bedroom suite with washer/dryer in one and a kitchen with the equipment for two people. This stay was a little less optimal due to noise from construction happening next door. Also there was a problem with the Wi-Fi for a day but not the end of the world and probably the service provider not the hotels issue. We enjoyed the included breakfast which was convenient as our stay was for two weeks. We would recommend this property especially for longer stays in the Ortigas area.

We love this hotel, and the spacious rooms and friendly service. Convenient parking, close to the Podium. Our second staycation here, and we will come back for more.

The room is clean but the shower is always clogging. I also didn’t like that they don’t have a laundry room in the building. And also, I’m not sure if they have an ATM inside the hotel because I did not see one. The thing I like about this hotel is very convenient. there’s a lot of places to go shopping because it’s very close to The Podium and SM Megamall.

The reception is very friendly and they are fast to provide me with my room upon check in.

It was a very relaxing staycation, room is clean and spacious. The location is near a mall so you’ll have wide choices of restaurant to dine in.

Location is great. Walking distance to 3 malls. Very nice & clean room. Friendly services. Breakfast variety is good but savory food that should be served warm were cold. The Breakfast was not part of the room fee. For my second visit in the area, I switched to another equivalent hotel nearby that includes (and has better) breakfast If this is not a factor, then this is a great hotel to stay.

We've been at this property a few times now, but lately the paid breakfast buffet doesn't have much options and variety of food to choose from... for 1,000 Pesos per head, you can go to a buffet restaurants that have more food to choose..

It’s home away from home, all the essentials in the kitchen and the bedroom helped make such a comfortable stay for my family! It was a business trip as well and i had many work areas because the desks are ready for anything! The staff are friendly and accomodating! Will definitely book again soon!

I'm going to stay for a long time. The hotel is paying attention to COVID-19 quarantine and is well managed. It's nice because there are many shopping malls around and it's quiet. It is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, which is very good for long-term business travelers.

I booked an executive suite with 1 bedroom and we truly enjoyed our stay, although all the amenities were closed due to covid restrictions, we enjoyed the room, it has a little kitchen to prepare meals, with washer/dryer so helpful, spacious and clean, lots of storage cabinets, desks, 3 Tv’s, 1 tv was in the bathroom so I enjoyed watching while soaking in the tub.
One thing I didn’t liked is that, yes we understand because of Covid, there no amenities we can use, but why when i use the phone even just for a local call there’s a charge per call? really? for a local call? maybe for a long distance yes but local call? Its unacceptable.
