Super slow check in and it wasn’t bc the line was long. Excellent rooms, comfy beds, nice sheets/blankets. Best breakfast I’ve seen in a very long time, and we stay in hotels fairly regularly.

We stayed here during a basketball tournament. The hotel was very nice and clean and cool. Being cool was really nice because it was really hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was yummy with plenty of choices. Like most hotels, it had limited seating, but most people ate and left so others could also sit and eat. Our bed was made and the trash emptied while we were gone so that was super nice, I have stayed in some hotels that only offer every other day service and I like the every day cleaning better. The pool was small, but our son had fun in it,

We've stayed at Holiday Inn Express many times. This stay was pretty typical. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the kitchen staff were not able to keep up during breakfast, resulting in many items running out. All in all, we'd stay at Holiday Inn Express again in the future.

We didn't have a great experience. Our shower had no hot running water and minimal water pressure. They moved us to another room. Shower water was hot and plenty of pressure but the AC did not work in the second room. Long story short, we showered in one room and slept in another room all the way down the hall. Will not be returning.

The hotel itself was really small. The bed was so lumpy, and incredibly uncomfortable that I didn't get much sleep. The hallways were very humid. The dining area for breakfast was small, the hallways for elevators were narrow, I almost couldn't get past the cleaning crew in the morning walking out of my room because of the narrow hallway. The check in lobby was tiny. The only good things were the hot breakfast and the easy parking.
I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk hosts made my experience even more special. The older gentleman (I forget his name) was the kindest and funniest, and so welcoming. I would definitely stay there again, just to see him again. Thank you

The service was excellent. I give that a 5 out of 5. For the price, it wasn’t exactly worth it. Outdated and dingy. There were ants crawling all over the breakfast food. There is 1 elevator, located in a cramped hallway you could barely get your luggage through.

We were attending an event with bus shuttles from Ball Event Center/Garmin campus... so a convenient location. Easy to get on/off I35 and to many nearby restaurants also

The location was great. The room was noisy, bathtub had rust in it, the light was out in the bathroom. There was no coffee and the coffee pot very dirty.

Staff was great, however upon walking into the room you the smell was awful. It smelled moldy or musty. We had no control over our room temperature. After setting the air on 68 degrees, the air was a constant 74. We were in town for a tournament, it served it's purpose as a place to sleep overnight.

The room was musty, and the heating unit didnt work correctly. The shower was just okay, the towels terrible. The food downstairs was very substandard for this kind of hotel. Very disappointing overall. There are Lots of choices all around this area, so next time, I will try a different property.
