The rooms were air conditioned and quite clean! Incredible view of the Rhein river. The young man who worked there seemed able to answer any of our questions and was ever available.

All of staffs are very very friendly and perfectly arranged for everything such as check in/out, dinner, etc. The view of the Rhein river rom the room window really great . We will come again here for more longer stays!

We loved the position of this hotel and we had a balcony overlooking the Rhine. The staff were particularly helpful in catering for our vegan diet. I would recommend this hotel strongly.

Old but charming hotel with a fantastic friendly and serviceminded host. No doubt we can recommend the Rheinhotel Lamm and we would love to go back at some point.

we had two weeks travelling in the region and Hotel Lamm was by far the best,room was great, food was tremendous , and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel right on the Rhein River. Great restaurant and bar right on the premises. Very good breakfast with lots of choices included in our stay.This hotel is in a small village just north of Rudesheim am Rhein, so it was very quiet. The boat picks you up right across the street if you want to take a river cruise. The train tracks are behind the building so no noisy trains at night. Very large room with comfortable bed and air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Totally reasonable price for such a well-equipped hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful stuff in an amazing atmosphere! Amenities and restaurant are totally OK, they offer a very decent breakfast too!

The hotel staff was amazing. This area is full of hotels, but the great staff, the luxurious bathroom, and the fantastic breakfast really make this hotel special. The staff took great care of us, since we were traveling with a baby, offering to bring us breakfast the night before since wed leave for the airport too early the next morning. Id stay here again!

We only stayed one night. Parking was a little hard but the desk clerk helped locate one near the hotel. There are train tracks near. OK with windows closed but quite loud when open.

One of the best pillows over our 2-week tour in Germany (for some reason a lot of hotels provide super soft = flat pillows). We got the room facing the Rhein - view was lovely and well worth the upgrade. Room is modernity furnished too and toilet is clean and of good size. The front desk is also extremely helpful. Only downside is wifi is chargeable (at EUR 5/day but unlimited number of devices). Overall will highly recommend!

First off, this hotel is in Assmannshausen, not Rudesheim. I was surprised to find this out, but in the end, I was glad. Rudesheim was much more touristy and busy than Assmannshausen. The manager was super friendly and helpful. He helped us put together our itinerary for the one day we stayed there, and he recommended a lovely restaurant/winebar that was slightly off the beaten path. We stayed in a deluxe room, so we had a nice balcony overlooking the Rhine. My friend stayed in a single room, which was much larger than expected. The showers were a bit small, but that seems to be typical in Europe. Overall this hotel is a great choice!

First of all, I don't know why this hotel has a good review point (4.3)...maybe I have expected more but not even close to 3.5 point. Hotel was very dated and room was sad. Hotel staff was okay, but not hotel itself. Dark and sad environment inside which makes me sad as well...

The rooms were a nice size. Reasonable price! Food was delicious. Magnificent views.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel, our walk through the very romantic village by the river Rhein.

The owner, Marco, was very accomodating and helpful. We had a very pleaseant stay. The only difficulty is that I thought I was booking a hotel in Rudesheim but the hotel is about 4 km in another town. We had to take a cab to the next town. Others told us that we actually were in a nicer town.

Friendly hotel, ideally situated close to cruise boats and train station, good parking, good breakfast and meals.

This hotel is in Assmannshausen, very close to Rudesheim. Compared to Rudesheim, Assmannshausen was not at all crowded. The town is small, quaint and of course doesn't have the number of shops and restaurants that Rudesheim has. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating in answering our questions. The breakfast that was included was very nice with breads, cereal, meats and cheeses, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, yogurt, some fresh fruit, and juice. They had the coffee already in a carafe on the table. Very convenient to the docks for tourist boats--they were right across the street. The room was spacious. The bed was firm, but the pillows were a little soft for us. It is quite close to the train tracks which is a plus and minus. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the train stop to the hotel, but there are quite a few trains that run through the night so it can be a little noisy. They did charge 5 euro for internet access, but that covered the entire stay. All in all a great value.
