I reserved an assessable room. They gave me a normal room after waiting for 40 mins.

The room was great but yet there were some defects to it. I noticed that there was a steam crack by the restroom door which soon to me look like it could be mold in room 606

Everyone was great. I had to call to ask a few questions and the front desk staff was so professional and helpful check out was easy and I left with a smile and a blessing.
Breakfast was good. It was a standard hotel breakfast. Efficient and worth it if you have a family with young kids. My teenage son loved the waffles and yogurt. I enjoyed the coffee and the variety of creamer. I was so happy to see oat milk! Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to log into our apps from hotel tv and clear out information from all apps with link (loved that).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was able to get us in as an erly check in and were very accommodating. We will definition be staying here again! The hotel is located in a great area with tons of stuff for kids to do within a 1/2 mile radius.

Breakfast included and every day they had healthy options. There was a happy hour in the evening, but I didn’t go.
Parking was not a problem and location was great! Close to the highways, restaurants and entertainment. We would stay here again!

So we were here during Hurricane Beryl. All of the power came on around us and the power company even came by to help us out, however the general manager won’t help at all. The young people working the front desk were AMAZING all day. While NO managers come to help. Absolutely ridiculous.

This location is an older building and had several signs of wear. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable but did not feel clean. Our carpet had several stains and the bedding skirt was ripped. This location needs a heavy dose of TLC.

We were assigned and entered a room occupied by someone else. Needless to say we fell unsafe during our stay. Staff on arriving day was very dry and did not make you feel welcome but a burden. Will not stay there and would not recommend it

The Hotel lost Power at 4:30am on 6/25/24. Ms. Keisha the attendant attempted multiple calls to reach the General Manager for hours. The elevators were not working, no hot water to shower, no hot food to eat, no lights in the staircase. My daughter & myself with other guest had to use our cell phones to walk down multiple flight of stairs it was really dangerous. I will say Ms. Keisha tried her best to accommodate the guest but there were a few guest that were blaming her for loss power. Be remained positive professional .

Great beds! Very comfy. Only complaint was TV seemed to be blue or going out. They offered to change me rooms but I didn’t want to go through the trouble just for the tv. Great breakfast and staff.

My mom needed a room with a shower she could walk into with extra bars and a seat. The hotel had the perfect room and moved her from a semi-accessible room to a fully-accessible one which was perfect. Doing this relieved all of my stress. THANK YOU

Clean and spacious room. Full bottles of Shampoo,Conditioner and Body Wash. Comfortable beds. Plenty of options at breakfast.There are so many Shopping and Dining options within 10 minute drive. Main Event next door and Cinemark like 2 minutes away. Nasa about 10 minutes .
