Overall pleasant room condition

Breakfast consisteded mainly out of sugary snacks and expired probiotic yoghurts in sparce quantities.

The location was perfect for us, the rooms were good sizes and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived very late on the first night, but the staff waited for us and welcomed us warmly. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it, but didn't look like much choice.

The room was not up to standard. The bedsheets were dirty, looked like the sheets hadn't been changed from previous guest, but staff mentioned that it all looked dirty because sheets are worn. the bathroom was not clean, hair in the bath, nose booger rubbed on the bathroom wall. Wasn't a great experience for us.

Think breakfast was little cheap,

The pool area was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. When booking the reservation, I didn't realize I had booked a smoking room, The lady at the front was able to switch it to non-smoking.

The linens had black lint all over them. The floor in the room was not clean, I wiped up spilled water and the towel came up filthy. There were long black hairs on the beds, towels, everywhere. When we got to the room, the remote was not connected to the TV we had to get maintenance to fix it. The kids lost a toy behind the bed, we pulled the bed away from the wall to get it and the floor was filthy! Trash, old food, dirt. No one ever answered when we tried to call the front office. Breakfast was 3 packs of mini hostess doughnuts, tiny apples, and almost black bananas.

The front desk clerk Soma was very nice 👌 working with her was very smooth very knowledgeable she is beautiful inside and out.

the shower water wasn’t quite as hot as I’d like. but it was clean and comfortable. the owners were extremely nice and accommodating.

The room and location. The lady at the front desk waited for us she deserves a raise .

The hot tub water wouldn't get hot and that was the only reason I got the room. I also left a bottle of Armani aqua di gio cologne . I don't know if anyone turned it in ?

The elevator didn't work. The motel room wasn't very clean and it smelled of mildew. No water pressure in the shower.

Soma at the front desk was AWESOME!!! Very helpful and professiona,l, yet friendly and warm. Kudos to whoever hired her!!!:. Hire more people like her!👍👌👏

This was not necessarily the fault of the hotel but I think the communication between bookings.com and Days Inn was really sloppy. At least in.my case it was --- twice!! Next time I'm going to take Soma's advice and book directly with the hotel.👍

The tub was the best feature. TV channels were good . The room was clean

The rooms were very small. The bathroom was very small and the toilet was so low to ground it was hard to get up. No carpet on the floors. There was not a breakfast as posted.
