Have stayed here numerous times for work. Room is always ready ahead of schedule, though this time, it wasn’t the cleanest. One of a handful of times so I’m not complaining. No one is perfect.

There was a birthday party in the conference room and it was super loud. I had to call multiple times and go down to the lobby and ask them to tell them again, AFTER 11pm, to quiet the music. It felt like we were in the club in our room. We had to wake up early for a basketball tournament and were kept up way later than we wanted to be. Receptionist was not very friendly about it and made me feel like I was the problem, not the party.

Beds and furniture in the room was very Uncomfortable had a backache the entire stay! Pillows were flat after 2 minutes of laying on them!

Everything was good except for one thing I found. One of the pillows had a small stain that appeared to be blood. I was too exhausted from my drive from New York to complain about a pillow so I set it aside. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The room was huge bigger than I had expected and the restroom was nice also. Like I said it was just that one pillow to grossed me out.

No free breakfast. The breakfast is terrible. There weren’t even any omelettes!!! Someone kept opening their door and letting their baby cry for long moments. They forgot to give us the free water bottles. And the damn fire alarm went off twice!!!

I arrived before check-in and was pleased to find out that my room was ready. I loved my room. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. Each time I walked past the front desk, someone spoke to me. I wish hotels offered actual hand soap instead of a facial soap. If I am in the Indianapolis area again, I would stay here.

When I arrived in my room, the sofa bed had food crumbs folded into unchanged sheets. The main bed sheets had dry boy fluids stuck to them. The staff made excuses and did not see it as q big deal. The girl who they sent to clean the room was very nice.

Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!!! Front desk was EXCELLENT!!! I think her NA,e was Cassandra? Absolute pleasure to deal with and the lovely lady that worked the bar/restaurant area is another gem!!! Room was clean and we wanted for NOTHING!!! We will be back next year!!!

This hotel was recently renovated and couldn’t be cleaner. New carpet and furnishings. Extra comfortable and welcoming staff.

We had an enjoyable stay. Hallways smelled nice and new. Check in was super fast and easy. Room temperature controls were perfect and slept perfect through the night. Will come back for future stays!

The hotel was under construction and redecorating. It smelled of adhesive. Not pleasant. Walking through the facility was like a maze.

Property was under construction. No amenities available and both weekend mornings construction noise began at 8 am. I understand that upgrades need to be done but I was not notified upon booking and didnt receive any discounted rate.

When I book the hotel I paid for a whirlpool room which was extra. We get to the room and no whirlpool in room called down to the desk she said we don’t have those anymore I said well I got charged for that and I look at the price and it was extra for that. Getting to the room we got hit by cigarette smoke which is a smoke free hotel. The shower was nasty with moldy caulking. The floor we were on was the “first” to get remodeled. Then you flush the toilet all the water comes out on the floor. Then coffee grounds all over the counter and garbage on the floor. All the doors to the outside were open and emergency lights hanging from the ceiling. This hotel should shut down for the remodel or redo the remodel again.

Run of the mill property that is under renovation and, as a result dusty and dirty. Bed is comfortable but bathroom needs work.

The hotel is under construction which is fine but they put us directly under the room being renovated. They worked on it all weekend. It was loud. We called ahead and asked about the pool and hot tub. We were assured it worked. It didn’t. The hot tub only had cold water. We attempted two times. It had lukewarm at best. If you turned on the jets, it poured out cold water. We gave up. A postive note- The staff were friendly.

The property is very dated and worn out. We stayed there several years ago and it seemed nicer. The waitress at breakfast was not very friendly.

Convenient location, dark and quiet rooms, and friendly staff! Temperature control didn’t work well during the night though leaving us feeling hot all night.

Elevator is down. The sink in room is clogged. Also the breakfast is not included with the price I paid making no sense.
