Great overnight stay for my training class in Baltimore. Didn't like the $15 for parking.

The room was good my only concern was the wifi i couldnt connect

No one came to service our room. Front desk staff distracted by each other.

It was wonderful and relaxing.

The room was dirty. They charge for parking and we were not told about that. The staff were fine, not rude but not welcoming.

Friendly staff but the hotel has an “old college dorm” feel to it. Carpets and furnishings are old and in need of update.

There are two aloft BWI hotels by the airport. Maybe don’t name them the same because I was dropped at the wrong hotel and waited an hour to be transferred. I should have gotten an Uber but it would have been $30 to travel 4 miles. And waited about 40min for the airport shuttle. No big deal. I like the Aloft because you know what you’re getting. Clean, comfy, simple. Just maybe as North or South to the Alfot BWI locations.

We arrived on a Saturday. My husband and I were celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary. All was well until after we checked in around 630p We went to our room got dressed and left about 830p. It was a very eerie feeling when we left. As if we were being watched. We arrived back around 11 pm we went back to our room and left out again around 1230am. The lobby was full with guys who all got quiet once they saw us( we were a little nervous) we then arrive back around 230am we go to our room and then wake up the next morning. To our surprise our car was stolen. We contacted the police and they didn’t have much info on anything. Please beware they have no cameras in the parking lot. When we came back there were no parking spots infront so we had to park in the back. However we parked right infront of the building door! The hotel staff did nothing. And I honestly think the guy that checked us in was very suspicious!

Refrigerator did not work, phone did not work, door did not lock. Upgraded to another room, Did not have the same bed as ordered. Room was not an upgrade. New room would not cool down.

Very comfortable Had access to outdoor area and an indoor pool. Would have used if there longer.

My first Aloft experience and I will be back. Bartender was amazing, lobby is very nice but minimal options and veryyyyy pricey. Some of my towels were dirty but the room was top tier. Smelled great and very serene.

Very convenient to airport and main highways but tucked off busy roads. Friendly staff, nice lobby with lounge area. Modern decor& cozy room. Only drawbacks were having to pay extra for parking and very uncomfortable (extra firm) mattress.

Hotel shuttle guys could not have been more friendly or helpful. One phone call when u emerged from the terminal building and they were there within 10 mins. Equally, the next morning the lift to the station was easy and completely hassle-free. My stay at the Aloft did exactly what I wanted it to in terms of a late flight arrival and early start to get into Washington the next day. I will definitely be staying there again. I was in bed within an hour of brakes on at the gate. Oh, and the price represented excellent value.

We couldn’t get the courtesy bus from the airport as it said the mailbox was full so had to get a taxi. The room was extremely cold so we turned off a/c. The bed wasn’t comfortable either but it served a purpose for one night only.

Sheets were dirty with stains. Very loud as soon as you walk in as if someone was having a party in the lobby. I couldn’t even hear the guest services person to check in. Hotel room was filthy.

The bartender was extremely nice, but the glassware was limited. Lastly, there was no ice machine, but in the lobby they provided a bag of ice.

The lobby is very nice which gave me hope the rest of the hotel would be just as nice. The elevator nice got to the floor it was dark but ok, got to my room and it looked like I was in a broke down motel. The bathroom floors were horrible, the shower walls were cracked and moldy, the faux wood furniture was bubbling. The faux wood had been pulled off on the night stand exposing the material underneath, the lighting in the room was very deem, the shades had something splattered on them. The mattress was squeaky and extremely hard I woke up in so much pain. We visited the pool and that was no better, the water was super murky there was so much dirt at the bottom we turned right back packed our bags and left. I will not be staying there again and would not recommend.

We didn’t stay at this hotel due to no swimming pool being opened and it wasn’t kept cleaned;-(

The stay was disappointing. There was no restaurant on the premises as stated in the advertisement, nor was the bar open. The refrigerator in the room did not work. Also, there was no iron in the room, and the mirror had a huge crack. Plus, The sliding doors did not close.

Hotel had ice in plastic ziplock bags for guest. No complimentary coffee

I left an airpod and Miriam was exceptionally helpful in looking for it and mailing it back to me!

Absolutely terrible. The entire hotel was worn down and grungy. The staff was very dismissive when inquired about some thing. The rooms were in desperate need of a remodel as the furniture is chipping and cracking. None of the amenities were open, not even the bar or the pool. Absolutely would not recommend and will never stay at another aloft property.

$15 for parking and they don’t tell you how much security deposit is “it just depends” and that means it depends on how much comes off your card when you swipe it . Other than that it’s clean and quiet
