Excellent service mind. Good location in klong prao beach. Varieties of breakfast. 2 swimming pools and slider. Quiet beach and good view for sunset.

The room we got smelled like mold. Even when we asked to change room our new one still smelled like mold. Other than that the room was nice, the bed a bit hard but comfortable. The service was really good, nice breakfast buffet and really good spa. The beach was ok.

Just what u expect from centara all there resorts are well keep and have good facilities breakfast was also very good. Koh Chang also one of our favourite islands in Thailand with a lovely beach that the hotel sits on

The first room I stayed in at Centara was very day and smelt very damp. I mentioned this to the front desk who were incredibly helpful and moved me to another room, which was wonderful. Generally, a lovely and relaxing stay at Centara and I would definitely return.

They don't give king bed as I paid but two single. Desk of the hotel with not professional girls... Speaking phone for long lo g long time and I was waiting in front as a stupid

Centara is very nice. The resort has been well maintained, and is a little piece of paradise. The beach is nice. The resort is set back off the street a little (as are most resorts in the area) so it’s better to have transport, taxi or motorbike instead of walking. You can however easily walk to restaurants and hotels on the surrounding beach, as well as mini-marts etc. loved our stay here and would return

Overall nice resort with good location. Rooms and general areas needs renovation. Good buffet breakfast with lot of choices.

Great hotel right on it's own section of beach, well set out with meandering walkways in an idealic tropical setting. Far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the main street but close enough to walk to a variety of off site restaurants, 7 eleven stores etc. Definitely would stay here again

Lovely bungalows in great gardens. There are two pools and plenty of loungers. A very peaceful area. Plenty of Choice for breakfast and all food is covered which is good. The food and drink is in the restaurant and mini bar in the room is expensive but the supermarket sell cold beer and soft drinks and you can bring these back. An excellent resort and would stay again.

Nice place with intricate wavy walkways and cabanas submerged in beautiful greeneries. Some fixtures and furniture inside cabanas a bit dated. Breakfast buffet, Thai buffet, and Seafood buffet are excellent, but regular a la carte thai food in their restaurant not so great. Watch for mussels' conglomerates in the water - they have very sharp edges. They hurt If you step on them. The most disturbing thing for us was the fact that the resort has 5-6 dogs running on the beach - defecating and urinating on sand during low tide... Wondering how it affects the water cleanness... Does the ocean take care of it? Everybody was swimming anyway.

Good and friendly staff very safe location easily accessible to restaurants beach and other amenties overall a wonderful stay i even extended one more night

Hotel has a big plot of garden and facilities, very comfortable and serene. The walk thru garden might be too dark at some spots for elders. And unfortunately brings lots of mosquitoes! Hotel can be improved such as rotten wooden board in shower, too high stair step for balcony, wood bridge and rail. Beach was short because of high tide. Bed is big and comfort but TV has small selection. Staff was great and trying their best with service mind.

Fantastic holiday, away from the turmoil of tourism, great facilities, beautifully laid out and maintained, clean, quiet, comfortable, breezy and so it was what we wanted. Only the F&B was disappointing.

Balcony was very relaxing and beautiful view as well.WiFi works everywhere in the resort, even on beach. That was the best thing about this hotel.

Hotel location is good. Fronts and bell boys were pretty good too. Breakfast and the dining room is fairly good, but need to be more clean especially on the ceiling and lighting fixtures. Many electrical appliances such as electric kettle, hair dryer were damaged and risky to use them, which it might caused an accident. Shower drainage was bad without improvement after reporting to the front desk. The rattan chair and stool was in a very poor condition. Many rattan were broken and cutting skins when seat it. Jaguzzi in both pools many were out of order, need more maintainance cares. Over all are below Centara standardized.

This is my second stay at this resort. I have to say Centara has improved the service dramatically. My check in - check out experience was perfect. The room was nice. The pools also very nice. I only ate the breakfast in the hotel, and in my opinion it is decent, but not extraordinary. My favorite thing about the hotel is it was the only one that offered cancellations up to the day before. Also the pay later option was nice. The beach massage was nice. The rooms are adequate. The landscaping is phenomenal, but because of all the nice water features i recommend you take mosquito spray. Free wifi is good, i would like to recommend they offer free mini bar like a lot of other hotels in Thailand now. Overall, great stay, and i would definitely stay there again. Also worth mentioning, the gym was one of the best i've seen in a hotel.
