Our stay was so pleasant that we didn’t want to leave. Staff was incredibly sweet and professional, rooms were so clean and parking was a breeze.

Staff was friendly! Overall, it was a good stay, it treated us well for the one night we stayed. Though, the bed was very very firm and not very comfortable, it got the job done for one night. I do feel like the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, it didn’t feel like it was up to Four Points standards but it was fine.. I do appreciate that there was free personal care items offered to me when I went down to the front desk after realizing that I had forgotten something at home. Besides the uncomfortable bed and not so clean bathroom, it was a good stay!

Room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed with pool, it needed a good cleaning vacuum.

Close proximity to 401. Parking was good. Didn’t like that there was no shampoo or soap in the containers in the shower.

Over all good we stay for one night

It was noisy due to the number of kids hockey teams. I don’t enjoy walking in and seeing parents drinking alcohol and hanging out in the lobby area. Thankfully the kids stopped running the halls by 10:30 pm or so. There was a large fan drying carpet outside my room so that was noisy. And there was only one elevator working and the hockey bags meant limited passengers could use the elevator at one time.

The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we arrived to check in and closed in the morning when we wanted breakfast

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was relatively spacious with a king bed. There were plenty of outlets for CPAP machines and charging phones. Most surprising was the restaurant in house. Our meals were delicious!!

A little dated but everything else was fine. Loved the bed and pillows, room was cold enough, enough parking space. Restaurant staff attentive.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were a bit beat up for what I’d expect of a Four Points. Ceiling had paint falling from water damage, trim around door was beat up bad etc. nothing gross just noticed it.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was no electric kettle and tea facility in the room.first thing need tea in the morning

Our first room was clean, and decent. But the air conditioning did not work. It was a 34 degrees out and the AC needed to work. I went down to the front desk and the receptionist was willing to give us another room- which was fine. To be picky, the receptionist could have been apologetic for the inconvenience- thankfully they were nice enough to ensure our room was on the same floor. The second room was a total downgrade. The bathtub had gray stains from where an old bath mat used to be. The pull-up nozzle on the tub faucet to start the shower was heavily caulked but still lifted off the when when you started the shower and it felt like it was going to break off. The shower head would not adjust and was pointing toward the wall on the same side of the faucet. I had to McGyver a way to prop the shower head up so I could actually shower. This trip cost $205 through Expedia WITH a discount! I just wanna know where this hotel gets the audacity to charge this much. It’s a motel 6 guised under the Marriott name. It’s shameful.

Very clean and staff is amazing. Only thing sucked that breakfast was not included. They wanted additional $14 per person fod a continental and $20 for hot breakfast. Kinda sucked finding this out at check in as i booked online. Otherwise very clean place to stay.

The room had smell. The furniture and bed are very old. The elevator was in a bad condition it’s door was making a lot noise when opening and closing. Through out my stay only one elevator was operational the other one was out of order.

We had booked for 2 nights. We left after the first night. Starting with the grass knee high around the whole property making it look abandoned. Outdoor garbages at the main entrance overflowing. No A/c in the lobby. Only one elevator functioning. Blood stains on the bed cover. No available towels in the pool, or the bathroom. Broken shows head, room looked like a fraternity room. Should not have the name Sheraton on it. Changed hotels and for the same price had great accommodations. Can’t even compare. Couldn’t get a refund on the second night as it was booked through Expedia.
