I didn’t stay long. It was great to have the shuttle service to the airport. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and place smelled great!

It was fine, average. Walls in hallways were a bit worn looking. Food for breakfast was expensive and no better than what you get for free in most chain hotels.

My husband and I suffered from chronic back issues unfortunately with the bed that they gave us was absolutely amazing. It was a good night sleep. It was very clean and comfortable.

I booked this property due to an unexpected disruption in my flight plans and had to stay the night near Dulles. The hotel was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle, which was convenient. However, the hotel is located in a light industrial area, which didn't really offer much other venues to explore. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from the Metro, or about a 20 minute walk. There was a shuttle to the airport, and a shuttle that picked up / dropped off around the local area, including the Metro station. At the hotel itself, my room was quite modern, and relatively spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel also boasts a relatively well-equipped gym, which I appreciated. The wifi was good, but you needed to be a Marriott member - it was free to sign up, but it was just a bit annoying to get all my devices onto the network. The only challenge I had at this property was the shuttle. The front desk told me I could only book the shuttle 2-3 hours in advance, and not the night before. That was a bit inconvenient. When the shuttle did arrive, I couldn't hear the driver make any announcements, which caused me to miss my shuttle even though I was waiting in the lobby. Having a designated waiting area would have been helpful. Overall, a generally good hotel. I'll have to be more careful with the shuttle next time.

Convenient for that part of N. Virginia and a quick business overnight.

Shuttle schedule from the airport at 10p was not adjusted despite an increase in customers due to weather related canceled flights. We waited an hour and only saw two full shuttles. Drivers saw us and just waived us off. There were a lot of other customers affected. We arrived at hotel and there were at least two additional shuttles out front of the hotel.

The hotel itself was great, ideal for an overnight after flying into Dulles from Switzerland before flying to Dallas the next day. However, the problem was pricing. The Hotels.com app showed a $118 special deal rate, with breakfast for two an additional $8, ending at $126 plus taxes. This somehow became $151 plus taxes and ended at $145 after $25 in rewards cash was applied.

This hotel doesn’t deserve the “Westin” brand name. Terrible service and it’s physically in a terrible condition!
