Late night stay due to canceled flight. No food available. I chose it due to "airport shuttle" but arrived to find my airport was not on the list. Staff is awesome and facilities are beautiful, just felt they should clarify theshuttle issue.

Aircraft noise in the room in the mornings we were in noisy people next room till all hours no airconditioning during particular months yes you can open windows the more noise but the place and staff were very nice

The hotel was classy, but you could hear thrugh the wall what people was talking about in rooms next to mine, so it was hard to sleep.
Also the elevator stopped, so I got stuck in the elevator as it stopped between to floors and stopped working. This was very traumatic as I almost lost my flight to Taiwan because of it. They did not try to apoligize or do anything to help me get to the airport after loosing so much time just waiting for their machanic to be able to open the door so I could get out.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were dated and had no USP ports, the shower leaked, and the light system was very confusing and required assistance to understand. I would not stay again in the future.

Cannnot belive a 5 star hotel doesnot have AC. Room is very hot cannot fall asleep and noisy outside. Staff was able to change us to a different room though.

My only complaint is that you have to make a kind of side quest for the bus stop and outside restaurants through the back of the hotel. BUT it's otherwise convenient.

The hotel is very close to the airport. I stayed in the family suite room with my 2 kids (4 years and 1 year old) and it was very convenient. One thing to improve is that there is no microwave in the room. As we ate some food in the room, I saw some bugs flying. other than that, this hotel was very nice and I want to stay here again.

Room was clean but furnitures were quite old. There were noise from flights as it is located fairly close to Gimpo Airport but it was ok at night. It is family friendly and has a golf course so parking lots are crowded by not just hotel guests. It holds also many banquets onsite. I personally enjoyed restaurants: Nakwon and Yiyuan. Overall I am willing to stay again in future.

Although its old its nice to stay for a night.However, long distance from Seoul downtown and no subway stations nearby (takes 10 min. by taxi). No shuttles to Kimpo airport due to COVID-19. Overall, it was nice and I would definitely visit again when I have an early flight.

The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was above average and worth the money. Swimming pool wasn’t really as good as I thought it would be for my kid to play, but in overall it was a pleasant stay.

The property itself was beautiful! I would’ve liked that the amenities, since we were two in the room, would’ve been placed accordingly.. but the staff were always smiling and attentive, the food was delicious! A good first experience to Korea! Thank you!
