Check in was smooth and staff were friendly and speaks good English! Room was big. Surprise by the big fridge, microwave ! Lots of cupboards and drawers! Breakfast was included in our stay and was pleasantly surprise by the variety of food available! . It’s about 10 mins walk to BTS Asoke !

Was very happy with my stay. The hotel was as good as the reviews. Was welcomed very warmly upon my arrival. Breakfast spread was good and had both Western and local dishes. The hotel is close and walkable distance to the mall or tp gran a bite. I rightly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

So lucky to have found this gem. Located in the heart of the city walking distance to multiple shopping centers and delicious restaurants around every corner! Breakfast was included with our stay and we were happy with the different choices both Asian style and Western style. Could not say enough about the wonderful staff that made our stay so welcoming. Some honorable mentions at our front desk: Mai, Noom, Johny, Katib, Bow, Grab and Teerapong. Last but certainly not least so thankful to Ms. Chalita for keeping our suite fresh and clean every single day. Thank you so much everyone for everything, we will definitely return for our next visit to the land of smiles 💕

My favorite hotel so far in central Bangkok. Clean, new, and friendly staff. A quick walk to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Overall it was a good stay. The location is good as it is on a side street and not real loud. Convenience store nearby was good. Bellman was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs work. More choices are needed. It was a very strange combination of food. I would rate breakfast a 6 out of 10.

It’s a nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood, staff were friendly, comfortable bed and great location. However breakfast was ok, few items. I think I will stay here again.

Very nice hotel with large room, large bathroom and kitchenette. They had a laundry room where you can get a full load of clothes washed and dried for total of 180 baht - that was quite cheap compared to other hotels or laundry services.
Centrally located within 10 mins walk to train station and Terminal 21 mall. A modern hotel with decent buffet breakfast.
Would definitely stay here again.

Staff are very polite and helpful with making recommendations and arrangements for tour excursion. Room is very clean and appreciate we had a washer/dryer in our room. Very close to mall, BTS and MRT. Also included was a yummy breakfast buffet. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends.

This is literally my go-to place in Bangkok. Park Plaza across the street is great too, but there’s just something about this hotel that checks all of the boxes. The Park Plaza has a nicer pool and rooftop scene, but The Maitria’s pool is very nice too. The rooms and the customer service is what separates this place from all the others. The breakfast is great. The location is the best. You can’t go wrong here.

Great Location, booked a family room, Limited selection for breakfast but is good enough for me. just a little disappointed as a gold member i was not able to check in early. A few restaurant and massage just along the street have tried a few difference massage place & all are DISAPPOINTED.

I booked a 2 night non-smoking suites. Our living area A/C was blowing cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke into our room. On our second night we figured out that we were given a room on a smoking floor. We were going to extend our stay but decided to not deal with it any longer and left to a non smoking hotel.

We loved the place since day 1: the hospitality at the reception desk, comfy design of the room, great house-keeping staff/service, and great location! We'll definitely choose it next time. And, interestingly, it is the hotel that makes us want to go back to Thailand again next year! Moreover, their breakfast buffet was awesome!

We had a good stay ate Maitria hotel. The staff was excellent; very helpful and courteous. The location is also great-- very close to Terminal 20 (walkable) and also Asoke BTS station. There is a cafe within the hotel that serve breakfast and that was a nice bonus.
The amenities and the room were a little below our expectations though. We had an issue with the sink clogging on our first day and the bathroom amenities were very bare bones (no iron/ironing board in the room either).

- Customer service overall is mediocre (Only the security guys are friendly)

Place is so nice and super cozy close to bothe MRT and BTS lines also Emsphere is within walking distance 5 mins Noom was really grest and helpful staff greets us no matter the time of day either leaving or returning will stay again

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The staff are very attentive and can book transportation to anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

I come back regularly, simply because it’s easy to check in. It’s peaceful. I generally travel alone but anyone with kids should consider it as it’s uncomplicated and safe.
