It was not worth the price. The rooms are outdated, our first room had a wall that came off. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. Overall, you can get much better hotels for the price this one charges.

The rooms were amazing in size and comfort.

Myself and my wife stayed for a week in their top floor Panoramic Suite and overall the hotel/room didn't disappoint, with a nice view of the Hussain Sagar lake!
The breakfast buffet/restaurants and staff there were also excellent, particularly Ayush their new sous-chef, who we had the pleasure of getting to know!
That said, and in the spirit of constructiveness!, then a bit more attention to detail would elevate this establishment!, for example:
Checkin - when you see international passports (in our case Canadian and US) then you're front-desk staff should realize we've been travelling for ~20 hours, so don't make us wait any more time that necessary, since you just want a shower and to crash! ... we had to wait ~20 minutes and then produce our fully-paid hotels.com receipt since the checkin lady was ready to double charge my credit card! 🙄
Have way through our seven nights, our room keys suddenly stopped working?!
My wife had to call multiple times to get what turned out to be a ~2 minute repair to the toilet-roll holder in our bathroom, in fact I ended up just finding a maintenance guy in the hallway!
In room replenishments - minor nit, but if a guest uses a particular flavour of tea from the selection then wouldn't you think to replace that type, versus just fill up with more of what the guest (i.e. me!) did pick, duh?!
Ultimately this is just a matter of basic guest experience training and most of their room staff seemed junior in that regard ...

Everything was fine but the bathroom was wet. Also, we used the hotel's restaurant to dine in. The lamb biryani was cold. It looks like it was bulk-cooked and put in the fridge and not heated properly. When requested it was heard but still not piping hot. It has put me off Biriyani. My other concern is that the phone in our room was not working. When a call came it rang continuously and we couldn't answer it. We requested for it to be looked at, and people did come and do something to it but there were no changes.

The hotel is in shambles - with a massive attempt to hold it together by a great staff. Clearly the owners / management haven’t invested a single rupee in its upkeep since it was built. Taps falling apart & leaking. Paint peeling, windows dirty … it’s for it all.
It’s the cheapest *5 star - for a reason. Expect a three star hotel and all will be okay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Park hotel, especially the food served at the Verandah restaurant and the fine dining in Aish was a exquisite experience which we would thoroughly recommend every guest to experience.
The front desk staff, and others we spoke with were all pleasant and courteous.

Check in was fast and easy, even at 5 am. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great view of the lake. It was quite noisy between the very loud, live music by the pool and the festival on the street below. The location is very convenient for walking around the Hussain Sagar Lake.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Park Hyderabad, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
First and foremost, the service at this hotel is top-notch. Mr. Maheshwar at the reception went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and was always available to assist with any questions or requests throughout my stay. His professionalism and helpfulness were truly remarkable.
The operator service at the hotel was also commendable. They were prompt and attentive, making it easy to access various hotel amenities and services with just a quick call.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spa experience, and that was thanks to the talented masseuse, Melodia. Her expertise and skill in delivering a relaxing and rejuvenating massage were outstanding. It was a true oasis of tranquility, and I left feeling completely refreshed.
The overall ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive. The rooms were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat after a day of exploring the city.
In conclusion, my stay at The Park Hyderabad was nothing short of exceptional. The attentive and helpful staff, including Mr. Maheshwar, the efficient operator service, and the skilled spa masseuse, Melodia, all contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming experience in Hyderabad.

It’s a short walk to Hyderabad’s Hussain Sagar lake and the famous Necklace road.The metro station too is within 5 minutes walk.

Everything is as expensive from the room to the food and drinks , cost not justified

I paid extra for lake view room. When checking in they did not mention that they don’t have no more lake view rooms and check me to the regular room. When I submitted the request no response from management.
Front desk representative who was checking me in was terrible in communicating and rude behavior.
I had to check out early because not happy with the service.

Surprised to such a known chain like the park has such poor service.
I had back pain due to fracture and was made to wait for an hour at reception desk for allotment of room which was booked and paid in full at Expedia site. Real nightmare 😡

It says it is a star hotel, but trust me you can find a better OYO than the hotel. The room was dirty, the bathtub had hair, the bed was uncomfortable, the walls were dirty with stains, the curtain was torn from the sides, the bed was torn from the side, and lastly what was the lowest point for me, the bathroom light was hanging free. Never returning here.

The check-in could have been better. Was asked to take a king bed for 2 people and it was informed to them that there was a specific request for a twin bed.
The reply we got is hotel is fully booked and not available.
Finally we got the room after a 10 min wait. Also the luggage was given up in the room after 3 reminders.

Totally run down. The photos you see on the internet and the actual rooms have only 10% overlap. In a nutshell, everything is filthy - lobby, corridor, reception, rooms - I literally saw used alcohol bottles rolling in the fire exit stairs. The hotel is so poorly managed that they don’t even have masks to offer to guests who are in need. Please avoid at any cost!

This is the most worst experience I ever had. The hotel is in such a bad condition, you feel like you are sleeping in a slum area. Rooms and bathrooms stink, Furniture is broken, Floors are sticky, Lenins and towels are dirty and the list goes along. Avoid stay at this place at all costs.
