The breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the pool. However, there was mold around the bathtub.

Room was decent for an overnight stay with a group of friends. The hotel was understaffed. We had to go to the front desk to get additional towels. Breakfast options were limited for dairy free guests.

The staff were very accommodating to our family needs, our mom needed a smaller room with handicap accessibility. We were all on the same floor. Changed her room and accommodated our every need. Marcel and the daytime lady at registration were awesome. The morning breakfast crew, friendly and awesome. My choice next time I’m in area and the second time my sister has stayed there. Plus with eating options just 2 hotels over, perfect.

Very inviting and clean facility, I was well relaxed and satisfied with my accommodations...

You should not be renting this room. It shares a wall with the elevator shaft and makes a loud droning sound whenever anyone uses the elevator. Kept waking me up all night. Worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Hotel is looking a bit tired and in need of refurbishment however the staff were all friendly and polite

We were there on familyy business but, overall we were near the hospital and able to access food, shopping and other references of interest. All of the staff were courteous and very helpful when asked questions. I mentioned to the front desk assistant that I needed pen and note pads to leave the housekeeping staff a thank you message with their tip. I ended up writing a note on a napkin that I had which didn;t seem appropriate. That was my only issue. We ate on our las day breakfast, it was okay. The egg/cheese omlette was fine and the sausages okay. Needed more meat choices and maybe scrambled eggs separate without cheese. Mini muffins were super fresh as well as the juices. Overall we will have to return several more times due to the family issue and we will stay there again. Hopefully get the same room each time.

Clean and breakfast is always good. We stay here every time we visit family.
