Excellent and Exceeded our expectations

Sometimes it’s the little touches in a hotel that make you feel truly special, and during my brief two-night stay at the Altis Avenida, I was incredibly impressed. I arrived late on Tuesday evening after a long layover, traveling to Lisbon for business. From the moment my taxi pulled up, the experience was fantastic. The doorman greeted me by name as he opened the door—such a warm, personal touch! Inside, check-in was smooth and efficient, and I must say, Rui is an absolute credit to the hotel. Friendly and helpful, he even accompanied me to my room, providing all the information I needed. It was, without a doubt, one of the best welcomes I’ve ever had to a hotel.. The room itself was modern and well-appointed. It included a mini bar fridge, complimentary coffee, tea, water, and a lovely bottle of wine that I thoroughly enjoyed. The bed was comfortable, and the free WiFi was fast, allowing me to cast to the TV, which was a nice feature. The TV could perhaps be a bit larger and more up-to-date, but that’s a minor detail. The bathroom was stocked with everything I needed, and the shower was outstanding—great water pressure! I had breakfast at the hotel on Wednesday morning, and the experience was equally delightful. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant with wonderful views. After breakfast, I enjoyed a coffee outside, taking in the beauty of Lisbon—a perfect start to my day. Amazing hotel

Way overprice for the value. Tiny room with no view. No hotel parking; valet service available. There is another hotel across the street with almost the same name; it is a better deal.

Excellent hotel in perfect location. Staff friendly and efficient. Rooftop bar perfect . Would definitely return to this hotel if we ever visit Lisbon again Don’t hesitate , book

Location was great beds comfy. Rooms a little smaller than expected. But overall above average.

This is an outstanding hotel in a great location. The staff are highly professional and it lacks no amenities. The room is clean and comfortable. The rooftop bat and sun deck provide expansive views of central Lisbon. It is literally across the street from a metro stop. One can easily walk to the key central sites of interest. We will most assuredly stay here again. Highly recommend!
