It was a great experience.

Our stay was comfortable & served the purpose even though the bathroom fan barely worked & access was difficult due to lots of construction. We slept well and accomplished what we needed so overall good night at a decent price.

I was exhausted and having to cart out my 2 bags with a cane had me panting and sweating heavily. Upon exiting the elevator on the main floor, an older black man asked me if I needed any ass. I absolutely did. He took both of my heavy bags and walked me to my car. I thanked him profusely. I couldn’t offer him any tip, because I didn’t know where I had put my cash.

All the staff were genuinely friendly from the front desk to the cleaning staff. We mainly slept there but anything we needed in the 2 night stay they helped us out no problems 😊 very clean, and very up to date.

The staff was very courteous. I would hope that all hotels will get back to servicing each room daily and keep the rooms stocked with supplies (toilet paper) overall I enjoyed my stay and the courteous water.

Our stay for the weekend wasn’t too bad. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable however I did feel like we could’ve used additional pillows. There was no conditioner in the shower, but additional shampoo. The lotion dispenser was off the wall and just placed on the counter. I also had one very, very small stain on my comforter, which just made me think that it was just not coming out during the washing process. You had to be looking at it to notice it so I didn’t really, but I did it via text. Lastly, is the pool I hate that it was not up and running because my family and I were looking forward to it. So hopefully they will get it back up and running seeing as though it’s already been a year we paid a good amount of money for a short time and not to be able to have their amenity that supposed to come with it.

Hotel room was a little outdated for the price that I paid. the staff is super friendly. the interior was clean. the exterior had a lot of trash around the wooded area to the right of the entrance was very bad.

The rooms smelled like weed and shower curtain was ripped. No maid service after 3 days. Otherwise, the hotel was nice.

James was excellent!!! The night Houseman. What I didn’t like was when you get in the room it was 81 degrees called front desk maintenance came right up but to find out that there are sensors that controls the A/C!!! After that it was cold but they should tell you this prior to check in. The rugs in the rooms can be upgraded or taken out and the bathroom tub was dirty stained that could use an upgrade too! Bed was ok and the A/C unit was raggedly.

All was wonderful especially the staff and the view from my room.

The management of the restaurant needs to give a special thank you to a young lady by the name of Tanesha who worked in the restaurant; she was so courteous and welcoming.

Check in was sub par for a Hilton. Digital key was offline I was given hard keys without my room info or hotel information (breakfast, pool location, where elevators were). Had to ask. She was nice but lacked initiative providing the information that I know Hilton does at one properties as I’ve been an active member for years. Rooms need updating. Layout is not great either (bathroom door opens to the room door). Wallpaper, old/stained carpet. Wouldn’t stay at this specific location again for the price.

Edward L. is definitely an asset to your company! He was very patient, helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions with no hesitation. Please give kudos to this employee and let him know that the guests do recognize and appreciate his outstanding hospitality and customer service! I will definitely stay again. Thanks!!!!!!

Loved the look of both the interior and exterior of the place

I love the stay, but hated the fact the pool was closed because my grandkids was looking forward to the pool but we made the best of it any

I entrusted this hotel to provide a great customer experience for my daughter and 4 grandchildren. I booked through Expedia and when they my checked into her first room, there was blood on the sink and there was soap residue and brown stuff on the walls. The hotel put her into another room which had hair in the sink. Because my daughter was tired from the travel, she just dealt with it. When I called Expedia, they contacted the hotel who only offered more Hilton points and a free breakfast and that was their only 2 options. The free breakfast was already included with the stay so that didn’t work. I am extremely disappointed in the service that my daughter received especially after traveling a long distance with her kids a for them to only offer some cheesy Hilton points and free breakfast??? Will not recommend this hotel and to even think they did not compensate anything from the room with both rooms being unsanitary. Unbelievable!!!
