The hotel is clean with modern rooms. The layout is a bit weird and the washroom is very tiny, but other than that everything is nice.

100% the service. The front desk day and night shift staff were incredible. We a challenging family situation arise and they handled it with wonderful care and compassion. Very grateful and the hotel was lovely.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is just a short walk to a tram stop, allowing us to visit the city centre in just a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good location right next to the European Community offices. Tram connection to Downtown easy and always free. Very helpful staff. Rooms nicely designed and comfortable.

Convenient hotel in Kirchberg, close to public transportation, clean and practical. The suites are modern, but not suitable for a family (single sink in bathroom, small beds with average comfort), they are clean though, and appropriate for 2 people.

Excellent location, easy and plentiful parking (not immediately obvious which street to go down to find it), excellent service at the front desk with well spoken English (one guy in particular on the morning shift on 22 August - wish i’d asked his name). He helped me make an overseas phone call and was very sympathetic to my issue with my bank - he even asked me the next day if i wanted to make another call to resolve my issue. EXCELLENT service! On day 2 i told staff that the shower dripped cold water from rainhead while showering with shower rose - technician couldn’t fix so the offered change of room, free breakfast or 3 days free car parking - again, excellent service. The bed was comfy, ample wardrobe space, separate toilet, good lighting, can open windows slightly for air, bath as well as shower, huge towels, eco bins for recycling. Really nice cosy seating outside for ambient relaxing. Very close to tram station for FREE tram into city, and a shopping centre with dining and supermarket. Would definitely come again - highly recommend, and thank you!

I had a one night stay, lovely team and very clean and comfortable hotel

This is probably the best of the hotels around the area of the Court of Justice. The rooms are very large and it is quiet if you need to work all day in your room. The breakfast buffet is fairly standard, and there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are restaurants in the Novotel, the Sofitel and the surrounding area.

Great access to tram service

Lovely hotel with lovely suites. Very handy having the free tramline straight into the city centre. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping staff do a great job. The hotel just needs to update their information as not everything is as advertised in their materials onsite - for example the bar isn’t open until 1am just 22:30 - this may be a carry on from Covid restrictions though.

No curtains/drapes on the windows. No working AC in the rooms.

Amazing how one person can spoil your whole trip, everyone else in the hotel was very friendly and helpful but this person named Sallhia, was very rude, she made sure she did not want to help us with anything, and always displaying an angry face. I tried to PAY for a late checkout , she lied the hotel as fully booked and when I told her that there was plenty of rooms available online she got even ruder. Also rude and quite bully with the other receptionist (that was lovely) in front of us. I find it unacceptable and will never go back to this hotel

Very nice modern room. Air conditioner in my room wasn't working, and they were booked, and couldn't give me other room. I was not very happy about it, but they treated me to free dinner to make up for it, so it was nice of them.

The suites are not really suites. Very small When we arrived the room was very hot , no towels, no cups, no toiletries

Very quite and pleasant stay thanks too a welcoming and caring staff. Much appreciated. The Novotel Suites at Kirchberg is super clean and well designed. A great location to visit Luxembourg City and the Grand-Duchy using the high-tech (and free) tram situated at 200 meters. We'll be back !

Nice hotel with tram close by for going in to central Luxemburg in just a few minutes. Clean, modern room. Parking putside or in a garage just under the hotel. Nice people in the reception, let us have the room until 2 pm before checking out.

Fantastic hotel, modern clean and well thought out. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful and overall we had a great experience. We would highly recommend this hotel, only issue we had was that to park a car was €18 a night and it was not included in our room rate and there was no mention of the extra cost.

Modern, spacious room with friendly staff. Walk was about 30 minutes from the town centre, or you could catch a tram. The walk was really plesant so I preferred to walk.
