Window curtains torn. Bugs in the bathroom and other areas. Big stain in the center of the couch cushion. Mattress hard like a box spring. We didn’t both eating the complementary breakfast.

Clean hotel with responsive staff, however, internet is terrible. I had to be moved 3 times to a lower floor and still I could only pick the signal up in the lobby. $ 180 for an overnight stay without internet?

The room was clean and comfortable- easy access to the hotel, however when a storm went through the windows leaked terrible- water came in and I went to the front desk to let them know. I was told they were aware of the leak and was given extra towels when I asked as there was a puddle in the room and it was leaking right onto the air conditioning unit. No discount was given and was told if an extra room came up I would be moved. I wasn’t moved. Would stay again but ask for a different side of hotel!

This property has a nice indoor pool, and also a workout room. However, the pool chemistry did not seem to be properly maintained, and I was very hesitant to use it. There was zero smell of clorine, which in a public pool is rather disturbing.
Staff was very nice and helpful.

It was nice and the breakfast was good. the dining room was clean and the food was fresh. The attendant was diligent and attentive. The room was very clean, and parking was easy.

Staff was helpful. Pool area was nice for the kiddos.
Only thing people were smoking in the room across the hall and it stunk up the rooms and hall ways.

Very nice comfortable beds. Great place to relax after a long days work and breakfast was the bomb... very convenient to other restaurants and shopping.

Amazingly quiet for being so close the the interstate. Don't recommend the Denny's that is within walking distance, we had terrible service and the food was cold. Loads of better options in Shawnee.

Had black mold in the fridge. Called front desk and they offered to send someone up but never did. Not a good place for the price at all. Go to la Quinta next door or Fairfield.

Hotel was nice, breakfast was nice, hearing the cleaning cart up and down the hall at 8 am in the morning and then KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR at 9:00AM ASKING IF WE ARE LEAVING, then every hour after that ASKING AGAIN, when check out isn't until 11AM.
This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT how you deal with customers...
I heard them (through the door) up and down our hallway every 20-30 min KNOCKING ON DOORS.

The 3rd floor hallway smelled like backed up sewer. Thankful the smell didn't linger into the room.

Lady that checked me in was super friendly and helpful. Told me where a safe place on property was to park our horse trailer. Also a parking area across the road to park semis etc. breakfast was good and the last tending the breakfast was super nice !

Easy exit off I40. Room was comfortable and clean. We slept great. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and waffles. Would stay here again.

Hot water and electricity were out since 8am. The woman at the front desk didn’t even apologize. Even though it was no one’s fault, it would have been nice for her to acknowledge it. She just took our room cards and said, “have a nice day.” Goodness
