The room was clean and quiet. The pillows were a bit flat, so I had to use two, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the interstate.

My stay was the worst! People above me were fighting all night and stomping around. I got no sleep for my business meeting the next day or the 3 hour drive home. When I complained they practically blew me off because I book through third party.

Customer service. My tv was broken. They didn’t have a room in the first floor but said they’d call maintenance. The next morning I reminded them at the front desk. Came home that night to broken tv still. Desk clerk said she didn’t know why I’d think it would be fixed.

Kimberly was very helpful and pleasant to work with - we appreciate her effort to help. One thing you may consider if possible, adding a washer and dryer for extended stays. Overall a great stay!

Generally nice and great staff. However at least one pillow smelled like old man. Pillows need to be washed/ replaced more frequently. Ugh! I got an ‘accessible’ room but a step in tub shower ins not really accessible. Dangerous!

The people that work at The Hampton Inn could not have been nicer, that said we were booked into the wrong room, and when we arrived we found the bathroom had no clean towels, the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall were empty and the room overall was dingy.
The staff was phenomenal at getting us fresh towels quickly, making sure we had shampoo and conditioner and sent someone to see about the air in our room.
Overall it was nice, but not the quality I am used to in a Hampton property.

Normally I stay at cheaper hotels, but decided to splurge. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the warm saltwater pool and it helped me stretch my muscles.

Room was dirty, fingerprints on everything, dusty, bugs in overhead light, tv worked but has a blue tint to the screen that makes it almost impossible to watch. The door did not shut right and left lots of noise and light in.

The property was literally right as I got off of interstate 40 East off-ramp I came to the stop light and it was right straight across from the off-ramp very easy to find and you don’t have to drive across town the try to remember how to get back the the interstate. But the best thing I like is the customer service Cayla really goes above and beyond to make sure the guests feel comfortable and doesn’t want for anything and makes it personal too I like thats ,you never see that.it’s clean , quite, feels safe and places to eat walking distance all round. Great place

The hotel is immediately off the interstate and semi's can be heard all night long. Rooms are beginning to show wear and abuse; coffee maker was absolutely filthy (something growing in it?). Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel for an overnight stay. Conveniently located near several restaurants. It is an older facility but fairly well kept.

Overall my stay was comfortable. The biggest downside was inconsistent hot water. In the evening especially it turned cold in a hurry.

Hampton Inn has always been our go to place to stay, however this last trip2 of the 3 Hamptons were far below their standard of quality. Both rooms had a dank musty smell, the elevator carpet in one was absolutely filthy with food on the carpet lights didiwork in one room, the thermostat readout was broken and wallpaper coming off the wall in the bathroom (abt. 5 feet long), a guest actually asked the front desk person for a broom and went out and swept the entrance. I have liked Hampton for years; I hope this isn't their departure from the quality we've come to expect.
