The Check in was awful. The front desk worker was hateful. The bathroom looked like it was under construction.

This was perfect location for our stay in Roswell. Also easy to travel to Carlsbad Cavern from this location.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty nice. They had waffles and eggs and sausage. The elevator was rather warm but wasn’t in there long.

Delightful a most wonderful time

Great for getting a few hours of sleep and getting refreshed for another day of driving. The shower was next level awesome and made the stay memorable.

Hotel looked and felt great. The plumbing, however, need work. At least in our room. I had to use the plunger several times to prevent an overfill due to poor damage in the toilet.

Room was very nice and clean. Location worked well with our itinerary. Breakfast area was roomy but items available were limited.

Rooms were clean but property is a little older .. door to bathroom warped on the bottom, rust stain on bathtub faucet area

This Hotel is a great value! Clean & recently renovated! Highly recommend this property. Indoor pool & Hot tub, nice workout facility. Large TV’s, hot breakfast included!

Room was nice, not maintained. Rust on tub, loose shower head. Towels were very thin and worn. Indoor pool area full of small biting flies. Hot tub sides full of brown scum. Breakfast very limited

Very nice clean & big room. Staff was very nice it was really quiet & comfortable bed.

It was good for our purpose of a shower and some sleep

Guy that checked us in was rude and had no idea how to do his job, we went to bed early and he woke us up at 11:15 pm because he had no idea who was checked into our room then was rude and said he would have us removed from the hotel if we didn't comply with him and help him find HIS mistake he was an absolute jerk and he should be thankful that god was watching over him when he acted like an ass with me.

.my room was falling apaRt at the seams missing lights. Drywall coming off the ceiling. The rain shower made up for it though

Not cleaned properly.

Everything was stainds with blood or personal fluids, The swimming pool area had a ton of hairballs and Band-Aids everywhere.

Other than a cup of water was on the nightstand and food left in the refrigerator, the place was nice

The accommodation was too costly for its poor condition - the place had a strong smell, falling curtains, dirty rusted toilet and bathtubs, and looked extremely nasty and unclean. The staff seemed indifferent, offering only apologies with no actual assistance.

Was not expecting very much for the price tag. We are on a road trip and cost was a key factor in choosing hotels as we are just staying long enough to sleep. Hotel was much nicer than anticipated. Very clean. We were missing wxtra sheets, but they were arranged for promptly upon informing front office.Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Confortable bedding. Would stay again.

The menu for breakfast could use some help. Im not a sausage fan and that is all that was available

I usually don’t have much to complain about when it comes to hotels since I typically just sleep there and head out, but this experience was different. The curtains were a mix of linen panels and heavier curtains, with the linen panels being white and somewhat transparent. Unfortunately, I noticed some unsettling splatters on the linen panels that were positioned in an upward direction. Initially, I tried to laugh it off, joking that maybe someone had spilled something, but my gut told me otherwise. My husband, who’s an EMT, suggested it could be anything, but we both couldn’t shake the feeling that something more disturbing might have happened, possibly even something as serious as blood stains from a tragic event. Needless to say, this made our stay very uncomfortable, regardless of what those stains were from. In addition to that, there was a drawing of male genitalia on the glass window that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and pubic hair was visible in several areas. It was evident that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, which added to the overall discomfort of our stay. I did leave a note for the staff, but the experience was far from what I would have expected.

I didn't like the pigeons on 314 crapping on the ac unit

The room was tidy but not clean. The bedding on both beds had something on it. One looked like poop, the other looked like coffee spill. When we walked in the room it was 80 degrees!!!! The front desk also needs a lot of improvement. There was what looked like a spill on a wall and the temporary divider on the counter was broken. The place was ok. I don’t think we’d stay again or recommend this place.

We stayed there cause we went to the ufo museum and the zoo. The shower was good with the rain fall shower head
