Really liked my stay at the allon the only thing that was missing in my eyes was not having a kettle

The check staff were imprrsonal and unwelcoming, that was disappointing. Breakfast was fine except for the dreadful orange juice!

Very impressed with the service, we arrived two hours early but the room was ready so allowed access, a lovely room and large balcony overlooking the sea. We had all meals included and all the buffet meals gave us a very large choice, staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for three nights. Hotel was spotless. Staff lovely. Very quiet. Good buffet breakfast and well-priced evening buffet too. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean. Our room overlooked the beach. Beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.

I have had 3 very nice separate stays at Hotel Allon in conjunction with business trips the last couple of weeks. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, aircondition is great, the breakfast includes everything you need (although I would prefer if it could start at 0700 and not 0800). The hotel is located very close to the beautiful Villajoyosa beach, and it also has a nice pool just outside the lobby. And there is a parking garage in the basement. All in all a very nice hotel, and I definitely will be going back sometimes in the future.

I have had 3 separate stays at this hotel in conjunction with business trips the last couple of weeks. All in all I find the hotel and the location very satisfactory, and that is the main reason for returning to the hotel 2 times after staying there the first. The rooms are clean and confortable, the location close to the Beach is just great, and the breakfast and dinner buffets have everything I desire.

It was a la carte(1st night buffet as there was a party of 25) the buffet was really good, great choice for everyone and all really freshly cooked. The al la carte, my husbands dinner came wrong from the order and consequently mine was cold when he got his. At 2030 we were the only two in the restaurant, no light music so used my phone for background music. I think this experience will stop us booking half board in the future!

Nice location. Very friendly staff. Superb breakfast.Breakfast should start at 7am. 8am is too late for those who stay and are not on holiday.

Lovely outlook from beachfront room. Very clean and spacious room with a good bed. Outstanding setting and nothing to fault about this hitel.

The Hotel Allon was a last minute choice, what an superb choice it was.From its beach front position,The friendly and professional staff,whos training was first class and they the staff made our stay there a real 4 star experience.The rooms are large and comfortable, the WI-FI worked all over the hotel.The food was plentiful but maybe needed a little more choice,(This is not a complaint just an observation) . When you go to the Allon and we are certainly returning make sure you go up to the Valor chocolate cafe ,just up the escalator beside the hotel,the hot chocolate and churros are what chocoholics dream of.I think that by now you will have got gist of our opinion of THE HOTEL ALLON.

Not happy having to move my car from car park to make way for club 600 who were only booked in for one night and we were booked in for 3. No service in lobby bar only pool bar which was chilly in the evening.Food cold in the restaurant was booked in for July but have now cancelled. also all night disco in bar next door until 6.30 in morning so no sleep on the Saturday night.We have been to this hotel a total of five times so was very disappointed.

The room was lovely overlooking the sea; balcony very welcome. Reception staff excellent and very helpful.However..... In the 3 days & nights I stayed the bar was NEVER staffed. Food was pretty dreadful and cold. Only 1 member of staff for both breakfast and dinner. Other reviews said there are nice restaurants nearby. No there arent. Just tatty burger bars, curry house, Chinese and pizza/pasta joints.If you want sea, sand, swimming pools and bars, this may be the place for you.It was not the place for me!

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a trip away in various hotels in the Costa blanca. Hotel was very clean and the pool area is an absolute sun trap with the glass screen all around it. Food could of been a little more choice for my liking but always very well presented, we went full board so just had to buy our drinks that were very reasonable at only €7 a bottle of white wine. I parked in the free car park next door what is just a bit of waste land, lots of pot holes but my car was on there for nearly 3 days and it was totally fine, saved spending €10 a night to park under the hotel in the hotel parking.

Lovely large room overlooking the ocean. Everything was clean and in good working order. The bathroom was modern (great shower head!). Staff was very friendly before our arrival and upon check-in but we found them less helpful after that point. We had difficulty connecting to the WIFI. There was a beautiful pool (and great beachfront access) but received no help getting towels to use. We were told first to use our two shower towels (which we did). When we asked for them to be replaced the staff wandered around as if this was an unusual request and then handed us two hand towels to use. I'm sure they have a lot of travelers from outside of Spain who don't bring beach towels with them. Other than that it was a great experience.

Adeqate selection of food. Different every day. Wine prices very good value, only complaint some of the group found it noisy in the late evening. I did not problem with this.. Will definiately go back.

There were only a few restaurants open in November, turn left outside the hotel and there's an indian restaurant where we had a lovely meal.Further along on the corner ( across the road ) the food was beautiful, all home cooked and hot ! (can't remember the name, sorry) we ate here 3 times and the quality was excellent each time (bottle of house red for 7 euros- lovely !) Very reasonably priced. The trams are a good way of exploring if you don't hire a car, easy to get to Benidorm (which was a trek from the station ) or Alicante which we loved. The only criticism of the hotel was that it was advertised as having heating/ air con, unfortunately in the winter months the option is heating or heating turned off.We missed the air con as the room was very warm at night and leaving the door open meant we had a few mosquito bites. The resort is a lot quieter than Benidorm ( and much nicer ) but has loads of good shops and not the usual tat, at least 3 supermarkets stocking a great range of essentials. We had a very relaxing week and would definitely recommend this hotel and resort.
