Nice hotel, but the service light in the room can’t be switched off. And very mediocre service in general.

When I first entered the room I was assigned, there was a strong odor coming from the bathroom. So, I requested a room change, and the new room had no issues. I stayed for five days, and while everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly, you need to keep in mind that the hotel is located right next to a main road, so the noise from the traffic can be quite loud until 10 p.m. Although the hotel might be close to famous tourist spots, it's a bit disappointing that it's hard to find clean restaurants nearby.

Staff is good but service is not as per the price. We experience poor services and also I believe towels are too old. Need to upgrade the service system as well as other operation related services. Hope my review help!

Great service. Rooms are spacious, hotel lobby well maintained and clean. Hotel restaurant was nice and Had a nice selection of food. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and are so courteous. I cannot say enough about how great I felt about the customer service. The hotel is not centrally located. There are not many places to walk to, but then again, you don’t want to walk around too much when it’s so hot outside. I mainly used Uber to get around and greatly appreciated to have a nice comfortable and clean room to come back to.

I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing great service throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided added a nice touch to our visit, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall.
