Great service. Rooms are spacious, hotel lobby well maintained and clean. Hotel restaurant was nice and Had a nice selection of food. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and are so courteous. I cannot say enough about how great I felt about the customer service. The hotel is not centrally located. There are not many places to walk to, but then again, you don’t want to walk around too much when it’s so hot outside. I mainly used Uber to get around and greatly appreciated to have a nice comfortable and clean room to come back to.

I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing great service throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided added a nice touch to our visit, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall. The hotel is away behind 5 star hotel , internet down for 2 days Poor international TV channel Hygiene is out of stander. No good monitoring on house keeping people. Breakfast buffet are very limited to Indian food. The price is very high compared to the services and facilities at the hotel. All hotel facility close at 11:30 pm except in room dining

Very nice building and indeed rooms and shower etc. but it was cold in Delhi, and the room did not get above 17C. I asked for a heater on 3 times and one finally arrived on the 3rd night. The Buffet meals were great (both breakfast and dinner) but I for a poached egg at breakfast and after a long wait had a disappointing result. The staff were certainly polite but as an example, the heater just didn't arrive until I really made a fuss.

The pool is being redone. Which means no pool and aot of noise if they put you above pool

Pleasant stay as a European, alone travelling woman with light skin colour. Room was neat, spacy and clean; service good and professional.

Due to some upgradation in progress, there was a persistent problem with the access card which had to be renewed each time we came out of the room n had to enter

I was blown away by the hospitality of this hotel. Every single member of staff was kind and welcoming, the room service team going out of their way to gift me some sweets for staying with them. The room itself is extremely comfortable and the facilities at the hotel are fantastic. Nikhil ensured that I was enjoying my breakfast every morning, going out of his way to make me eggs on toast one morning. I will definitely be returning, as this experience made me a loyal customer!

I was provided a room with dusty bed and table. Upon request my room was changed but the level of cleanliness was the same so had to request for another change and again it was the same. In the end I requested for a cleaner to come and clean whilst I was present in the room.

Crowne had consistently high standards that I have come to expect worldwide. What really set the Okhla property apart was the professionalism and helpfulness of staff. We arrived late at night when restaurants in local area, and room service at crowne had closed. However, staff understood our situation and cooked an amazing meal for us. Everyone that we dealt with was super helpful and professional, they did everything with a smile. Really set a positive tone for our time in india.

At check I informed them about not having the second person, but they refused to make any changes as my booking was through Expedia. Had to pay INR.1000 each day for the 2 nd person even though there was no second person. Front Desk was unable to extend my check out as the original reservation was through Expedia. Asked me to another booking through the IGH app. Hotel demanded all payment in advance!!!! There are more but the WORSE was a LADY CALLED and WOKE ME AT 10:30PM to ask the expiry date on my passport!! THIS IS THE WORST Crowne Plaza I ever stayed.!! These staffs are not professionally trained at all!!

The pool was enjoyable, the restaurant and bar had great ambience and food was delectable. The staff were ever do helpful, courteous and engaging. Transport was excellent.

Plaza is a real Five star Hotel, the staff are very professional they attend to your every needs,very friendly and are always smiling, the food is amazing in the restaurants and the gym is well Equipped, gym instructor was a great and very well experienced, after the gym you can step into beautiful outdoor poo. This hotel is spotless, the rooms are large and the bed is like sleeping on the cloud, I would highly recommend the crown plaza I’ve stayed in many other crown plaza hotels worldwide, and they always deliver the best service. I look forward to my return visit.

Of the Crown Plaza's I've stayed at, this one is ok, but not the best. Up keep could use some work. Bad location too. Room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. Carpet had wet spots when I checked in. Pool and locker room not too clean. Gym was great though. Friendly Staff. Bar was great too.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a couple of days and my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a shower and tub. Minibar along with the usual tea/coffee making amenities were available. The breakfast spread had variety from continental to Indian and Asian. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The drawbacks are that the property is fairly old so it does look a little worn out. The Indian food I ordered was pretty bad but the continental was good. I was also woken up close to midnight by housekeeping who brought towels to my room which I had never asked for.

Wait for atleast 40-45 mins if you want any crocery/ plates etc or call atleast 3-4 times before you get that3. does not match room cleaning expectations.4. Always keep Customer copy of your payment proof, staff might mis type and they can claim twice so confidently rather than checking their system/statements 1st.
