Not the best location. We saw a rat in the restaurant. One night we had to listen to a loud music coming from a party across the street, window glasses are not noise cancellation.

TLDR; Mr. Prayag Rawat is a Liar and cheat and do not trust a word he says.
This review is specifically for Mr. Prayag Rawat. The hotel itself was fine but I requested an early checkout due to personal reasons and confirmed with the front office manager that they will issue a refund for the unused days.
Once I checked out and tried to get the refund I was put in touch with Mr.Rawat who kept passing the buck to Expedia and kept insisting somehow I am supposed to get Expedia to issue an amended voucher. Then after much back and forth with Expedia and iidl I managed to get Expedia to send them an email etc. Which Mr.Rawat confirmed and asked me for a couple of days time to issue the refund as they were waiting for an amended commission request from Expedia.
I explained that the commission is purely a matter between Expedia and iidl and my refund should be issued. But he refused now after 2 months he has flatly refused to honor the refund claiming Expedia has not sent them a voucher.

Check-in process was efficient and the front desk was friendly and polite. Building and room condition was disappointing with dated furniture.
I had some setup issues with the internet (which turned out an error on my part) but the front desk was very helpful and even walked up to my room to help with the setup.
The hotel is not centrally located and, with Delhi traffic, at least 30 minutes drive from the city center (Connaught Place). There is, however, a Metro station conveniently located within walking distance.

This hotel is at a very bad condition. Everything is dirty and the smell is bad. The staff is unskilled and not professionels

I was on Business trip 13 days’ long , comfortable stay at spacious 1bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette and washing machine , at very well connected location resulting in value for money. Front office has scope of improvements which could increase professionalism and be instrumental in harnessing the real potential of this property

My Flight was Cancelled by the Airlines to Philippines, so ended up cutting my trip short & flying back to USA, went to the hotel & told them the problem a week before check in to the hotel to cancel the booking, was also advised to let Expedia know about the problem & cancel the booking for a full refund, Expedia also did a very poor job in trying to reach the hotel to cancel the booking as they were not able to reach iiDL , when I called the Sales Manager Mr. Rawat he refused to cancel the booking & did not want to refund the 3 nights that I was unable to unvail. Do not trust the Indian counterparts once they get your money if you will ever get a refund. I or my friends would never recommend this hotel again. Stay away.

Hotel location was good . Very well maintained . Staff was friendly . Nice and clean Lobby and Rooms.
Few things they can improve on .
1. Bed sheets should be changed daily in room
2. Food was mediocre. Indian food was ok . Italian and Chinese was below average .

The location is outside of Delhi with limited choice for food unless you travel outwards, either to Noida or back to the city. Rooms are decent sized with good amenities of a suite/serviced apartment.

First of all your staff needs intensive customer service training and people love to have smile in front desk but we found good customer service in hotels restaurant very interesting. Customer service, friendly approach, open mind and ready to take any type of customer. But we found very tense and not a little smile.
What is different between a man wearing in suit and has no customer service and a labor. Both are working if you show a illiterate man just handover key card n give show the room, he can do easily then why hired a professional literate man.
So looks like this hotel staff need very intensive training and this hotel need very friendly people then why tense and frustrating doing job here

Although the air quality was horrible in Noida at the time of our stay, the hotel was perfect for our needs, with an in-room washer/dryer, ironing board & iron, kitchenette plus all the other standard amenities. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were always very courteous and responsive to our needs.

The rooms were nice and all the property was good. My only complaint is that there was no access to drinking water and only a couple water bottles

Good sized rooms. Clean and well presented. Our cleaner catered to our requirements well. Excellent water pressure in the shower with both waterfall and handheld devices. Large fridge and good cupboard space. Bose sound system was a nice characteristic.
The bad:. Breakfast service was disappointing as most of the hot dishes were not maintained at the proper temperature, and most were cold. Dairy items were at room temperature and as the days went on, the bakery products were getting stale. However there was a good fresh fruit selection. Be very careful with the boiled eggs. We found rotten ones.

We stayed here for 6 days and due to having a nice clean pool, pool table, table tennis, spa, barber, massage, sauna and good food, we barely had to go out if we didnt want to! Washer dryer combo in the room, dishes, microwave/ convection oven, small kitchen area and a bathrub and shower!!!! I love this place!! The staff is super friendly and the housekeepers are honest. Food is good too!

The hotel which appears to be relatively new was really excellent. Staff service was good and very friendly. Breakfast choices were good and the staff were eager to help

Lovely spacious apartment. Good facilities in room. Clean. Great breakfast. In room dining was fantastic, great choice for kids also. Games room ideal for kids. Good gym and Spa. Staff very friendly and helpful. Metro station very close by also.

Anees & Rekha were EXCELLENT and made the stay very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious but need renovation... a bit run down. Breakfast is good and hearty. Commuting is no issue if you do not have your own vehicle. There was a corporate party in their Party Hall and the music was BLARING until the wee hours of the night... The managment did not pay attention to this nor did they try stopping it.. This was very uncomfortable. Overall a very good and comfortable stay

It is a bit far away from airport and a big smell due to nearby a drain. The facilities is also a bit old and not well-constructed but the service is very good.

very good service staff especially F&B. Surroundings, bit poor as well the view from the room. Room size & cleanliness is good. Breakfast buffet is great. Despite being a regular client bit strict with check in/out timings.

Our first room was disgusting and bedsheets were stained. Upon complaining, we were upgraded to the suite which was equally as bad or if not worse. The hotel is clearly mismanaged and doesnt deserve a 4-Star rating (I feel bribes were given to attain this rating as it doesnt make sense how this rating can be awarded to this place). Stains on sheets, Dirty carpets, damaged floors, dirty washing machine. You are better to stay at the Crowne Plaza or Holiday Inn near by. I will be asking for a refund!
