Very convenient airport hotel perfect for before or after a flight. Shuttle service runs promptly on an hourly basis. Restaurant is open 24 hours. Pleasant bar and swimming pool. Rooms small but well appointed. Would definitely use again

Close to airport

This property is a MUST for layover stays! It’s beautiful from the landscaping to the rooms. Even though a few problems occurred during our stay, the staff quickly and efficiently took care of them. The food is AMAZING. I highly recommend the Balinese chicken. We had a room next to the infinity pool which was a great spot and close to all the amenities especially the spa which we took full advantage of after a 27 hour flight. What really made this stay special was the staff and service. EVERYONE was accommodating and friendly. We will be returning in the future!!!!

The hotel was simple without losing anything you would expect from a 5* hotel. I would recommend it to any of my friends (not 5* people)

Great for overnight stay close to the airport with free shuttle and breakfast. Lots of road noise if you are a light sleeper.

Decent hotel with all the amenities that you want. However the hotel is a bit "worn out" but as mentioned everything that you need are there and it's okay. The proximity to the airport and the shuttle buses were perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful! There are also som food places close to the hotel.

We had a late arrival so decided on a one night stay for convenience. We were very happy with our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Having the free airport shuttle was really great too. It’s in a more local area as opposed to a tourist area but we found the walk to Jl Kartikq Plaza to be quick and easy. Short walk to Jerman Beach too. Would stay again

This hotel is super close the airport and has its own free airport shuttle that runs every top of the hour. The staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating. It’s also really close to Kuta Art Market if you wanted to do some shopping for a bargain. Would always choose this if I need another transit hotel in Bali!

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the free transport from/to the airport and the free breakfast (although change in one or two of the hot meals would be excellent). Bad experience: I reserved two rooms because originally we were a party of four. Unfortunately one guest was not able to travel with us. We arrived at the hotel about 3:00 PM June 27 (check in time is 2:00 PM) and no rooms were available. One room was became available after 20 minutes. After we settled in the room, I came to realize that the one room is enough for the three of us and since our departure from Bali is on June 29 at 1 PM, it would be more convenient to have the one room for extended stay on the 28th. I went to the front desk and requested to just keep the other room for the 28th instead of having two room for that night since it was not yet available anyway. The front desk refused and gave the lame excuse that the reservation was online, he cold not accommodate the request. I then requested for a late check out considering that the availability of the rooms were late. I was only given 1 hour late check-out despite the more than 2 hours delay of availability of one room. What was the hotel going to loose in accommodating my request?

Clean property with friendly staff. Airport shuttle bus was handy but difficult to locate.

The staff who checked in for us was very nice and friendly. The luggage was also delivered by the security professionally. However, our rooms 318 and 319 were very noisy in the evening because it’s by the street and the window of 319 couldn’t be closed properly. There was a huge gap on the window. Swimming pool was very shallow. It might be for kids only. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff who checked out for us was very cold. Maybe it’s too early. The highlight I want to mention was the free airport transportation and take away breakfast that I asked for. It’s ok but not worth the money.

We stayed here before our 11pm flight. Great location, close to airport. Staff were amazing and hotel was SO clean! Pool area was great and the day spa beautiful.

Had to stay for an overnight layover. Was perfect for that as 5 minutes from the airport and the free shuttle picked us up and dropped us back the next morning. The staff even made us yummy to go breakfast boxes since we left at 6 am. Very clean and perfect for our overnight needs. Great staff and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Was a good place to stay for one night when flight got into Bali at a late hour. Really nice pool & poolside area. Room was good; however had a musty smell & black mold in the shower.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and overall provided excellent service.

Stayed 1 night after the flight in. Free Airport transfers made in easy. Hotel was clean and comfortable and close to the airport.
