Perfect for a short city trip in Lisbon.Very good location, about 25 min walk to the old city and river and Metro station just 100m from the hotel. Rooms are clean, ours was small but with all facilities we needed (fridge, kettle and tea+coffe/tea for our mornings-we are not breakfast people ;)) wifi. Starting point for the famous tram 28 in walking distance (10min). Friendly and helpful stuff, very reasonable price for the service and location. We enjoyed this stay for our city trip.

Neighborhood is not very nice, looks unsafe.

The hotel is clean and the rooms were a bit small. It’s an ok place to stay but my only concern was that it is located across the street from a homeless encampment. Traveling solo I felt a bit ill at ease.

Great stay, near 2 metro staions

Great little spot in the middle of it all. 1 min walk from the 28E line, metro and multiple bus stops. Restaurants all around and you can walk within 30 minutes to most tourist attractions. Hotel was modest but clean. Beds small but comfortable. Little noisy because you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Good location, next to the metro station. Not far from the airport either. Good dining options around the hotel. Safe and quiet area. Comfortable beds, clean room but very small shower cubicle and dated bathroom. Reception staff could be friendlier.

We checked in after 10 pm after a long flight and just wanted to go to bed and we couldn’t!!!!! It was very small room for 3 of us. Inside many cracks -had to inspect the room in the middle of the night and notify receptionist so I will not be charged for someone else’s damages. Our AC was not working. I notified receptionist, the said it will start working after 15-20 minutes. One hour passed AC still did not work. Technician for the day left already. Then one of staff members brought us a massive fan (thank you for trying to resolve it) but it was very noisy to keep on working through the night. I tried to open the window but it was very noisy as the hotel located on a busy street. In the morning had to leave early for our guided tour and had no time to beg on resolving the issue since last night. When we got back to the hotel I’ve been told that I can’t get a new room with working AC as it needed to be done in the morning…….really bad service and facility ( definitely needs some renovations). In general it’s better to avoid that area in the city as it looks very unsafe ((. One good thing that they agreed to return my money for the days I was not staying as we moved to Arbnb nearby.

Enjoyed my time here, I felt comfortable - felt safe as two female travellers. The area it was in felt a little sketchy but it was a convenient location since it was walking distance to everything and very close to the metro. Lots of good takeaway and restaurants nearby which were also halal. AC was good, shower pressure was excellent & overall I would stay here again!

The hotel was safe, clean, and it being centrally located, we were able to quickly get around to different tourist points in Lisbon. The staff was very kind and professional as well! If I ever go back to Lisbon, I would not mind staying here again.

The shower would not drain properly during my stay. Also the room furniture for working on a laptop is not conducive to getting any work done as its too small. I've stayed here twice over the space of 3 months and will not stay here again. Breakfast is boring and unimaginative, although the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I stayed only for one night and the cooling(AC) was not working..you pay more than 100 euro for one night and if you do not get a night of good sleep (no air) its a waste of money..! I would like to have a refund from the hotel.!
