The front desk was attentive to my request. During my stay there, it was rather chaotic with many guests but the staff managed everything very well and kept the hotel in order.
I will definitely return again!

Right next to the Phloen Chit BTS, what more could you ask for when it comes to convenience of public transport ? Everything is within walking distance, including the Pratunam area.
Only gripe is that the mini-bar area in the room that I got has got no lights at all with only a power source for the kettle.

Stayed at many hotels in Thailand, normally the staff is so kind and friendly. But not this hotel.. the front desk staff are rude, unprofessional and clearly note happy. This hotel is not kid friendly with staff that act as if they dont want to be there. Front desk staff 1 star is generous.

We arrived quite early in the morning, check in was not until 2pm. The guest service at the hotel was proactive and looked for an available room to accommodate us. We travelled with our elderly mother, we appreciated the help with early check in.

It was a nice place.

Stayed in room 1908 and there are evidence of bed bugs. There are cockroaches at level 8 buffet area on the table and near the soup condiments crawling in plain sight and staff does nothing even after being told.
Fruits and food offerings that are finished does not get replenish even when there is still 2 hours till breakfast is over.
The good part is there the hotel is located just below Phloen Chit BTS station making it really convenient for traveling. Checkin and out is also a breeze. Housekeeping lady is also super friendly and helpful but can’t do much for the bed bug.
Visible Blood stains in carpet and curtains. Definitely will not be back.

Location is great, close to BTS station and easy go to CBD.

I chose this hotel because it was very close to BTS, but I found that the facilities were too old and the corridors smelled bad.

Booked 3 rooms for this trip. We were returning guests of your hotel. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Service was excellent. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel for quite a few times in the past years, all went well with no complaint. However, I had a small complaint this time, the toilet was not very clean, I had to clean it myself before started to use it, same for the following few days, the chamber did not clean the toilet bowl thoroughly. Another issue was the replenishment of the bathroom amenities, did not replaced with accurate toilet paper, tissue paper and shower cap everyday.

It was very clean and comfortable with a great staff that was helpful and friendly. It was better than many four-star hotels I have stayed in, though if you look hard enough, it certainly shows its age. That said, a great value.

Could be a little noisy considering the location but rooms are relatively quiet. Well kept well staffed and attentive. Amazing facilities with indoor and outdoor bars and live music. Within walkable distance from most places…

I have been a guest at this property for the past 11 years, post Covid the level of service, hotel amenities and food quality has diminished considerable. There are other nearby hotels with similar or lower room rates, yet much better service and quality. I suggest selecting a different property to stay, this is my plan for next visit to Bangkok

good morning, i was disappointed this round for my stay in this hotel, the only table that the room have was full with ants crawling here and there even i take a wet towel and clean the table, after a few minutes , the ants come out again, suspect is the food that left on the edge of the table.

It’s looking tired now, rooms need a refresh and lobby area/restaurant is a mess. Air con is noisy.

The soundproofing of hotel room is not satisfactory. I have heard the sound of water-flow from tap or shower of nearby room.
Besides, when my partner went to toilet in the room, the noise of weeing and flushing are so loud , this disturbed the sleep as a quiet space is essential.
The hotel breakfast is so good that it has variety of food, as I have stayed for 4 days that some dishes have changed

I really like Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit. The staff are very kind, professional, and attentive. They remembered my name and went out of their way to help me at one point when I was in need to get a taxi to the other side of Bangkok. The location is nice, near the nightlife of Sukhumvit. I think my only wish would be that the air conditioning had more settings. It was always hard to find that sweet spot on the air conditioning that was not too hot but also not too cold. But aside from this, I really like Novotel. I would come back again.

Great housekeeping and front desk staff dining staff needs training took ready eggs turned them over when I asked for over easy nite chef burned my bacon and the burger bun not edible. When leaving bell boy used his personal phone to call a taxi. Got in the taxi no meter wife suspected something. Asked driver with no name for cost to airport was told 800 baht. She said that was not right. Driver called her stingy. Got out 50 feet from hotel. Took another taxi from street cost 400 baht with tolls and tip. Bell services should not call taxi friends to take guests anywhere.
