This was my first time in Tokyo and I loved this hotel, mostly due to cleanliness and location. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because the room was hot and stuffy and the a/c didn’t work very well.

Good location. Washer/microwave/fridge/small kitchen - very convenient.

The hotel was very convenient due to the location from the train station, only a few mins walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms is great and includes a washer and dryer. The hotel also offers free amenities such as toothbrush, body sponge, razor among others. The hotel is conveniently located a few yards away from Shibuya Sky and has a Family Mart and Lawson next to it. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo! This place is excellent if you are used to the route to Shibuya station via buildings of Shibuya Stream and Shibuya Scramble.

It was so nice to have a washer/dryer machine in the room. Since it was very hot & humid in Tokyo, we sweated a lot everyday. I was very happy to be able to wash those sweaty clothes in the room!

Convenient location. Could use additional security and safety measures like locked doors and use key to come in to the building

The property was nice. The staff kept questioning me and trying to over step about the number of keys and towels we used.

We stayed for four days and we found the hotel to fit our need. It’s a really nice room in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to major shopping center, outdoor park and public transportation. Staff were really kind and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel in a future trip.

Great location in a quiet street, but a quick walk to Shibuya Sky, the crossing and the shopping. Loved that there was a combini close by and a cafe for breakfast in the morning. Big plus having a washer/dryer in the room. Very handy in the hot, humid weather we had in July.

Staff were attentive & so helpful

This hotel was nice, clean and the laundry machine was really helpful. It was very nice to have laundry machine inside the room. The location was not too far from department store, restaurant and closed to Shibuya crossing. The staff was really nice and very helpful.

Great place in an awesome part of Shibuya.

Location is excellent, very close to Shibuya Station. Staff is very helpful. Room was very clean. The hotel states “breakfast included” but there needs to be more information provided. There are 2 “breakfasts” available, Japanese & Western. The “Western” is a frozen ham & cheese sandwich with one thin slice of ham and a blob of cheese on top. Very doughy concoction. This is offered every day, no variety. We had booked other Tokyu Stay hotels on our long trip but cancelled all because of the terrible breakfast. We did not redeem our breakfast coupons the last two days and instead opted to purchase food elsewhere. We travel a lot and have never encountered this before. Please ask the hotel to be much more specific in their description.

Have stayed here twice and has never let me down! Convenient washer and dryer as well as convenient transportation.

We are a family of three, and we truly enjoyed our day. We love the washer, dryer and unit and the convenient of getting fresh towels and trash collected every day. We love the surrounding area because it had so much restaurants, convenience, stores, cafés, and a cute area to lounge. We love how it is near Shibuya but separates its “busy-ness” from the hotel. Will definitely be back.

Economically very good for long stay

Big room

We arrived at det hotel 21 minutes earlier than check in at 15.00. They said the room was ready, but we had to pay early feed to get it. Toilet are dirty, and you can see the poor cleaning over time. It was a curtin in the shower and that is not nice knowing the poor cleaning. The room altso smeIls like mold. We complained and got a new room, simular, but slightly smaller and 4 stories lower. Not we are sorry and lets give you a complimentary breakfast or anything like that. Location of the hotell are excellent, as it is close to the tubes and shopping. If you are a light sleeper, you will maybee be annoyed be the train passing the hotell. For me it was ok as i was very tiered. The beds are hard, as thay normally are in Japan, but we slept comfortably.

Close proximity to popular areas which as a first timer in Tokyo, we highly appreciated. Railway was under construction so made it difficult to get back to the hotel past midnight due to surrounding areas being closed off. Cleanliness was top notch and service was quite and seamless from the first to last day

Great location and super convenient

For those looking for a clean place to stay, but super close to everything, this place is for you. The staff is very personable. They offer coffee and tea in the lobby daily. Bars and restaurants as well as the Shibuya train station are all very close. Shibuya crossing is about 10 minutes walk. Shibuya stream and Shibuya scramble are even closer with amazing food options, shopping and a superb place to just hang out. Miyashita Park is also another super cool place to hang out!

Property was clean, walkable, very friendly staff, love the amenities. Only thing I would recommend is for them to do a better cleaning when they come to the room our restroom didn’t seem very clean, but it wasn’t a huge problem for me. I loved it overall.

Only has limited house keeping services. Keep your own room clean Nice to have a washing machine in your own room and it dried your clothes

Excellent hotel, everything was fine and clean, awesome location

Short walk to shibuya cramble, turn the corner of the holding and theres a Family mart convenience store 60 second away

The money paid for this property didnt cover what they offered starting for the cleanig of the room specially the toilet. On top of that a very bad smelling we nees to deal for all our stay there. Staff in the Hotel weee not friendly and moat of the time we passed by the front desk there was nobody. Also, at checkout I was handled 3 different statement with different dayly room charges. Total amount what same than we got on the reservation thru your page but this maneuver bu the checkout agent sound fishy. I hope you read this review and provide us with some sort of compensation for our troubles.
