Just great ! New refurbished, all amenities, great location (park, lake & shopping mall), city center near, great terrace, restaurant & food..... i will be back!

Really good location. Close to city and Airport. Easy access to Taxi and shopping. Clean room and recently redecorated. I will stay here again.

Deception. A word that best describes my stay at this hotel. Staying at this hotel reminded me of Gordon Ramsey’s show, where he goes to the worst hotels and discovers the shocking truth. My arrival was not very much welcomed, the person working at the front desk didn’t even bothered to smile while charging me for my two night stay. The elevator made weird sounds and it’s floor had tiles which were broken, making it worse. I paid for a Queen bed and ended up with a room with two single beds, one of which looked like someone had slept there recently and the bedsheets were crumpled. Moving on to the room itself, it was nothing like the pictures I saw before booking my hotel stay. Carpets were so dirty, bed frames had dust, windows were not working properly and the towels had a funky smell. The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s extremely close to the mall, and that’s it.

I liked the area, the lake and the shopping centre.

Great location, close to a big mall and a park. The rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is ok.

This was my 4th visit to UniversT so it came as no surprise they they went out of their way to help me when I discovered that I had left my mobile phone on my flight from Munich with Lufthansa.I was particularly asisted by the young man on duty at Reception at 6.00pm on 3/7/17. Unfortunately I cannot remeber his name.

Great location of the hotel in a nice green area over a small lake with a fountain. Nearby a shopping center with Multicinema. Very nice room and nice bathroom. Very nice breakfast with tasty products and a good variety. In the restaurant the service a bit slow without much care for the customers.

Great location, calm and nice area by a small lake. Right beside a big mall with Pizzahut and Starbucks. About 30 minutes to walk into citycenter (2 euros to go by taxi, 0,5 euro to go by bus that stops right outside mall and hotel). Nice, clean hotel, design more like strict 60's. OK beds, big rooms. Staff did not seem happy at work and was not as serviceminded as one is used to at hotels. But we got the room for a really good price and liked it a lot. And our purpose with the trip was not to befriend the whole hotel staff and we mostly styed out of the hotel. So - we recommend it, if you do not need super charming staff ;)

Room quite clean but I found the trash basket full from the previous occupant. Rooms are big enough but I have always problem adjusting the temperature. When you book the double room you may have the impression to book a Kings size bad but you will and up in a twin room.

Can't complain about the location, but as soon as we got in the room, we saw stains on the wall and carpet. The mattress was very cheap not conformable at all. Shower was very small. The staff was nice and again the location was great.

We booked and got confirmation for non- smoking room, in spite of this the room was stinky of cigarettes. It was really dissapointing.

Arriving at 00.30 very tired after a long flight I was welcomed and treated very well at reception. The bedroom was excellent my one criticism is that there is not a convenient light switch to turn lights off rom the bed. The hotel is very modern and convenient for the airport.

Lovely hotel and views, close to shopping center and city centre is a short taxi ride, as is most places in Cluj.

At first we were told that the hotel was fully booked which left us quite stressed as we had a confirmation booking. After being offered what they call some sort of complimentary business room we were just happy we didn't have to look for other accommodation (as their were no hotels within walking distance) however about an hour after checking in we were told that someone had cancelled so we were able to take their room. I must say that the room we ended up with was absolutely perfect. We left for a mini weekend getaway and we really did feel as though our time was enjoyed thoroughly because we were able to feel at ease and relaxed in the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Thank you so much for the enjoyable stay univers t, we will definitely be back!!! :-)

The room was ok, the bed was comfortable, the furniture was new but not quite functional. The shower cabin was very small and not very clean. Only one power outlet in the whole room. A nice view over a small lake. Very close to the Iulius shopping mall. Price was low comparing to the other hotels.
