Building looks a bit grotty on the outside. Inside is clean. Room spacious. There are things wrong if you want to be picky but overall good. Location excellent too.

This hotel/spartment is very bad. Check-in is only from 4pm. We arrived 30 minutes earlier but we had to wait on the street because the door was looked. The receptionist came late eventhough he was just on the other side of the street. The rooms are dirty. We arrived and saw the bed uncleaned. As if somebody just woke up. We had to change the room. there is no aircondition. It was hot when we were there and could not sleep. They offer cleaning only once a week. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Cheap and basic but no A/C

Got to the apartment at ~11pm. Door was locked and no one around. Scary part of town at night especially for a solo, female traveller. Did not receive an email re:instructions how to get in after hours. Called the number, no answer. Had to last minute book a much more expensive hotel. Called hotels.com and was offered no useful feedback or offer of a refund. If you are not able to check into a hotel after certain hours DO NOT HAVE IT AVAILABLE on your site to book, if the booking is being made after the hours. Very scary, expensive and awful experience. May never use service again.

I checked into City Apartments Antwerp for the Tomorrowland Festival. I was staying there from Friday until Monday. Had a easy check in with the receipton man who was kind and welcoming. Once I got back from the festival on Friday night I stayed here and woke up the next morning with bites all over my body. I thought it could of possibly been a mosquito or something like that but after inspection of the bed I witnessed bed bugs crawling all over the place. I even seen one crawling across the pillow an sheets. City Apartments Antwerp was very understanding about this as I requested a refund and they have granted it to me. But it seems like this has been an ongoing issue as there has been reviews about bed bugs dating back to 2016 so I don’t think this has been dealt with appropriately.

We had such a bad experience that we ended up payzing for another hotel. The pictures on Expedia are a complete misrepresentation of these apartments.

Room was clean but someone had urinated into the toilet without flushing. Rooms are very large which is a big plus, and the location is fairly central. However, the place is in urgent need of renovation.

We had a good stay in this apartment, very recommended!

Very comfortable studio. The street was loud early in the morning. Limited WiFi capacity, there can be some problems in the evening.

We had stayed in other B Housing apartments before in Antwerp and found them spacious and comfortable. This one was a littlle closer to our business meeting and we found it just as good so we will book again.

The apartment was dirty. Someone else's hair was all over the apartment. It didn't appear it was fully cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, there was food caked on the provided utensils and cookware. Also, the walls were very thin and you could hear everything being said and done in the other apartments on the floor and sometimes from above. The apartment was in need of an upgrade. Not worth the money.

Room a good size, and basic but adequate cooking facilities. Quite noisy, as other guests seem to come and go at all times of the night. About 20 minute walk from Grote Markt

You will need to bring things with you that your not expecting such as tea towels and extra empty bags for dirty washing. There is a laundry mat down the road which is good for washing your clothes. The area is ok a bit different but ok. Watch out for the parking attendance. Lol

Very close to Antwerp central station is a definite advantage. Room facilities are okay as long as the aim is to use the hotel only for sleeping. Kitchen facilities could have been better but budget accommodation.

The apartment has 4 single beds put together as 2 doubles so for 3 or 4 people you could get a bargain although you'd be close together. Booking in/reception times are limited and the street is quiet but not the greatest. Apartment was clean 2 ring hob and microwave if you want to cook and reasonable fridge. As a budget option well worth considering.
