My Stay at HGI Rapid City was great! This hotel was recommended to me by locals and it did not disappoint. The hotel lobby all the way to my room was was clean and inviting. The location was great and staff was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice. The only real issue we had was that the door to our room would not lock on its own, even with the door shut. We had to lift the door and pull it closed, to get the door to latch closed

Customer Service was amazing! Would stay there again. Breakfast wasn't as good as I expect from Hilton. They can do better. Waffles/waffle maker were not available all weekend and looked made to order$, if you wanted them. This is pretty standard at most, breakfast included, especially if you have to pay extra for breakfast. Understaffed breakfast staff. Other than that it was great. Mary at the front desk was phenomenal! She chased me down, with calls and emails, before I left town, to get my watch back to me that I had dropped.

Noise in the walls from the pipes when someone below us took a shower. It was louder than the TV! Good luck with the toilet paper (surprise!). The worst experience with TP ever! It would be better to just leave a roll on the countertop rather than on those holders! If you can find what the light switches control, or even where the switch is, please leave a note for the next person. Also, watch out for the refridgerator. If you pull with a little strength, it will tip right over on you!

We have traditionally stayed at the Hilton. Very nice facility, however house cleaning has missed cleaning the shower door track. It had green mold like yuk on/outside the track. We will most likely stay there again when not engaged in activities in the Hills.

When I booked our hotel, I looked for a pet friendly hotel. I expected to pay a small ($25-$40) pet fee which is reasonable to me but $75 was unexpected. I saw another couple who brought a pet opted to keep their dog in their car because the fee was so high. Very disappointing and will opt for a different hotel next time.

The room itself was nice and a comfortable bed. However this hotel has lights on by the bathroom that are very bright. I like my room dark. Finally had to place two pillows stacked to reach and cover the light. The bathroom smelled unsanitary and it looks like it was going to be clogging up with some else's refuse. There was no hair conditioner in the shower (tube was empty). I'm an awards member but won't be staying at this location again.

From the cozy and classy atmosphere to the quiet and spotless room, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly! All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful with any questions.

Check in was great , room carpet was really dirty , blankets also had stains on them , toilet paper roll holder was laying on the bathroom floor . Pool area was nice with lots of stocked towels and clean .

Very comfortable room and bed! Very fresh, modern and clean appearance. Staff very courteous! Easy access to hotel from interstate. Great location. Happy!!

the room was not properly cleaned the hotel had very limited staff that seemed unable to help with problems or just poorly trained on customer service. At check out we were presented a bill and paid in full only to find out that the hotel billed or credit card almost double with out notifing us of the error in the bill. During Check out we even commented on the price difference and was told what we paid was correct. When called the person we spoke to blammed it on poorly trained staff

Very nice hotel to stay at. Restaurant and bar were nice and staff was pleasant. The only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were old.

Love this property but Hilton has the worst pillows of any major hotel chain.

Did not get the complimentary upgrade for being a gold card member. They did not live upto the Hilton promise.

Jacuzzi tub wasn't working. I told the front desk. They said it couldn't be fixed. They didn't offer me another room. They just kept telling me I got a really good deal from hotels.com and I should be happy with that.

I booked a single king bed room well in advance of the arrival date but was given a room with 2 Queen beds when I arrived. This has happened a number of times when I book a room at a Hilton through Hotels.com. The desk clerk confirmed that there were 25 available rooms, but all of them were double queen rooms. The clerk said it was Hotels.com’s fault for telling me there was a single king room available when there wasn’t. She the. Conceded that there were single king rooms available on the day I booked, but Hotels.com booked it as any available room, which is why I got the room with two queens. I don’t know who is worse here, Hilton for giving my room to someone else, or Hotels for tolerating this activity with no recourse for me.

Was an all around good place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

This was a fabulous property. We would definitely stay here again there’s a shuttle you could take into Sturgis for $40 per person round-trip. There is coffee in the lobby every morning the beds are comfortable and staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner if you don’t want to leave. And 2 miles from lots of shopping and restaurants.
