Very disappointed. Especially for the price paid. You’d think they check the rooms before checking you in. Should’ve asked for a better room or at least money back for the room but we arrived at midnight and just wanted to sleep. Basically flies were flying everywhere and the sink wouldn’t drain. Granted guy checking us in was friendly though - the only positive.

Easy to locate and find. Enough parking spots.Close to the highway. Its a simple Bed and Breakfast hotel - Not to expect much more than that. Good for a short stay

the fucxxing cleaner came knocking on my door at 4 different times during the morning, waking me up every time. She insisted on knocking every time because she wanted to start cleaning. I told her that checkout was not until 12, but she still came back and woke me up. There was no 'do not disturb' sign available either in the room to hang on the door handle. Catastrophe!!! I am never coming back here and I will tell everyone to never choose this hotel

It reasonable and good price value

Comfortable enough, adequate accommodation, but some small issues- toilet roll holder falling off wall and flickering light in the shower. Shower cubicle is in the room so not ideal if sharing with a friend. Toilet door has no lock, and a large gap above the top of the door- so make sure you’re very comfortable with who you’re sharing with!! Decent selection at breakfast. Overall good value for money.

With parkingplace was top, room without heating in the end of oktober was too cold.

Very nice people are working in the hotel, especially Amen from the reception, this fine young man cannot be topped. The cleaning woman are nice too and they do a very good job to clean the hotel rooms. The hotel is very quiet and safe, the cars are parking safe too, because the (gratis) parking area is closed for the night. If we would again take a trip to Antwerpen, I know which hotel I would choose.

Realy basic. Unfortunately further away from the city then I thought. Industrial area, not very safe for walking around. Very poor public transport, specially on the weekend Stuff was nice and did they best. Good breafast

The hotel itself is OK for a inexpensive stay. Not easy to reach with public transport, you need a car. Not so many dining options nearby.

Although a very cheap night, the property was poor. First off, the hotel is difficult to spot until you drive past it, the signage is not clear either. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were lovely and even gave us directions to the city centre. We stayed on the first floor, which smelt horrific, a mix between wet dog and damp. The smell was so strong I held my breathe every time I walked down the hall. The main reason though I am so disappointed, is because the property advertised on here with air conditioning. It was an uncomfortably hot night and I turned on the air conditioner, but no difference? I left it for an hour but still no difference. I went to reception and asked for a new room or the AC to be fixed. I was informed that it was not AC, but instead pulls in air from outside and fans it around, and does not cool it. I specifically booked the hotel because of the AC, as I hate a hot room at night. The receptionist had a bad attitude about it with the approach of “well it’s not AC, soooo?”

We chose this hotel because of the location. It was perfect for our journey to Germany. There's no doubt that the room was clean and staff friendly. However, the temperature of the room was unbearable. The aircon is not sufficient and did not cool the room. It was difficult to rest and sleep in the room due to this.

The Asian restaurant close to the hotel is really good in terms of services, numerous food proposed, food quality, for 35 euros. The breakfast was nice. Nothing to say about the room it was clean. We are just 30 min from the city center. If you can catch up with buses, it will be okay, if not you would need a taxi to get to the center

Everything you need with any hotel room for an overnight en route stop. Spotless. Excellent staff.

AC was broken. The toilet door is like its mad e of cardboard. Shower works but every can see through the glassdoor

This hotel is great it has free parking and a nice breakfast available, good value

Better than I expected given how much cheaper it was than others in the area. I did have to drive from downtown, but I appriciated the on-site parking.

Property is difficult to get to with public transport

If you don't mind the location, it is good place to stay when you are on budget.

A great place overall to explore the area. I stayed there for 3 nights coming from Brussels airport and driving to tourist places within ~1hr drive of Antwerp. This hotel was outside of the urban area which made it (1) easy to drive to without awful traffic jams (2) had parking! The hotel was clean, staff was nice, and had plenty of parking. Bed was standard, room was standard for a European hotel - which means small and without coffee machine or microwave (which are more common in hotel rooms in the US). There are 2 things I'd suggest improving for the property: 1. Get the key to unlock your windows when customers ask and have them sign the liability waiver so they can open the windows. This is critical in COVID times, not being able to open the window means not being able to refresh the air from the previous guests. 2. I had put the "do not disturb" sign on my door but on day 2 someone entered the room for cleaning regardless. That's not great, I'm glad I didn't have anything precious left in the room. If I put the DND sign on the door I expect the cleaning staff NOT to enter the room. That aside, the property has a shared microwave in the rest area which came very handy for warming things up. They also have a restaurant I believe, which I didn't try as I only came in late at night every time. They always had plenty of available parking, and the area was quite with really not much noise despite being in an industrial area. Just be aware cleaning staff may enter the r

It’s okay and clean the beds and room small but it’s okay for short stay the staff are nice but there’s no air condition and the weather was hot I thought there’s air conditioning
