The hotel is very nice and clean, I really loved the welcome biscuits given at the reception and at the room. I loved the cinema theater that they offer on site and the elegant, quiet and calm atmosphere. There were 2 not-so-good things about my stay on Armed forces hotel though: the pool does not belong to the hotel itself but to a sort of club, therefore, there is 0% privacy if you want to use the pool as there are swimming classes all day. The pool was packed and I was not comfortable having so many people around during pandemic time. The second not so good thing was that they made us wait for almost 30 min at the reception before we could get our room. The customer service team however was very nice and helpful though. Other than these two downfalls, I enjoy my stay.

Hotel was good. Lot of construction going on but I knew about that at time of booking. Gym and Pool worth the cost alone.

A comfortable hotel despite the presence of maintenance in some of the hotel facilities and its location in a very quiet place, but I do not advise travelers who will rely on taxis because the hotel location is located at the entrance to the city, there will be transportation costs, but in general the hotel is very good and has facilities and a very beautiful garden.

Very old room. Old furnitures old TV . No hot water just a bit warm it is a hotel from the 70's. Breakfast very cheap style but not cheap to pay. WiFi very slow and unreliable. Only thing that was good is the proximity to exhibition center

Staff were friendly which made our stay good but the hotel is a bit rundown. Duvets should be replaced with new one because it is already in pieces. It disgust me when i saw it.

The rooms are extremely old and never been renovated. They smell very bad. The bed's springs are out. Pillows and bed mattress are hard.

Good hotel, but currently under maintenance. (Nov 2019) At walking distance to the Grand Mosque, but no further restaurants or shops or sights to walk to. I had hoped it to be at walking distance to the ADNEC exhibition ctr, but it is way to far. Staff is correct and helpful. Food is good. Breakfast is great.

There was an issue with our room being mixed up on the first night but it was rectified within 24hours.. staff were very helpful and friendly with loads of activities and food available on the premises!! Wifi was terrible tho. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay!! Hotels.com also we’re super helpful with rectifying the room mix up!!

Excellent service, cleaning Well done, but the hotel has to change the room carpets. Excellent destination for families, very well equiped for practicing different sports good for sports clubs also.

An olympic-size swimming pool, sauna, and gymnasium are among the included amenities. Complimentary coffee and dates are available at lounges around the hotel during the daytime, and are delicious. The very good breakfast buffet was an extra fee, at least for me. And using the attached shooting range would have been an extra fee.But this was overall an outstanding value for a 5-star hotel stay.

The check in experience lasted more than half an hour, which is the longest from my personal experience with hotels. They were looking for my reservation and I almost lost hope. I was given a smelly room that overlook the parking, another disappointment. I called to ensure that I chose smoking room while this one is not, So I was moved to a third floor room with balcony which was a relief. Yet the balcony was dusty and I was scared to contaminate my black abaya. When asked for the room service to be put on the room I was told I can only put the juice on the room but have to pay immediately for the cigarettes! also, the channels were another big disappointment, no movie channels but Indian and Egyptian.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Staff were helpful. Generally, I like the hotel and it is near Shiekh Zayid Mosque.

I do not know how this hotel isn't rated 5 star. The staff were excellent and friendly. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. There are great on site amenities such as bowling, swimming, several restaurants, and a shooting range. The Grand Mosque is a short walk away but you would want to rent a car to see the rest of Abu Dhabi. It is a great place to stroll around at the end of a busy day (it is very large with many fountains and marble everywhere). Beautiful and soothing to the senses.

Hotel is located in a convenient tranquil area for resting, and with wonderful view of the magnificent Main Abu Dhabi Mosque. But inside, despite the luxury, hotel is cold, without live, without "hapiness". Good for business trips and a great variety of events.

I came very late for check in and they waste my time coz room was not ready!! That was 23:00

I did have problems with getting my room made up. Once it was not completed at 5pm when I returned. Two times I had to request Housekeeping to clean the room during my stay. Complementary items such as coffee and tea were not always restocked, but were immediately upon request. These were minor irritations.
