The hotel is located in a good area, close to the World Trade Center & Montevideo Shopping. The room was basic, but comfortable and I didn't experience any noise issues.

This property is advertised as an upscale hotel, which is misleading and disingenuous, imo. It is more like a 3-star hotel. I would have been very upset to have stayed at this place, had I not received lowered prices for my room. Overall, it’s an average hotel with not much amenities, such as never enough toiletries, etc. The woman at the reception was friendly with some English. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is a good place and staff was excellent. Around the hotel will find shopping Center approximately 10 minutes walking and store , beach. I recommended for some days.

Wifi is horrible, does not connect at all and nothing to be done. Worst service ever had to wait one hour to get an iron and they charged me a full night just for a late check out

The staff at the After Hotel were very courteous and helpful when asked questions about local place to visit.

The locations is very near the beach. The coffee at breakfast must be changed. They might have been making it with the salty water from the tap. The staff should be trained on how to deal with VIP GUESTS from Expedia. Other than that everything else was perfect.

The room was a bit small for what we get in the USA, but that may be because we got a great discounted rate. I am sure they have bigger rooms.
We had a very nice overall time. Food, services and cleaning was a top priority in this property, it shows!

They didn’t gave us the same room as is showing in the Hotels’s app.
Very bad located room in the hote to be a premium room.
The pool is awful, and duty, needs a lot of maintenance, the pario around the pool also needs maintenance.
I ended up renting another room across the street, jus to use their pool.
This is not a 4 star hotel as they claim they are.
Don’t recommend it.

The staff at After are always incredibly happy and helpful!!! We love staying here!!

The staff, Michel in particular, were amazing. We were initially given room 701, but the smell in the bathroom made it unusable. So Michel quickly moved us to a new room, which definitely was an upgrade. He also helped us with car hire, wine tasting bookings, local transport and contacting the next hotel we were due to stay at. Best service I've ever got in a hotel. The hotel location was great for us out of the centre of town but close to the beach and shops etc.
