The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a huge problem due to the 2-day delay of my luggage at the airport but they assisted me in every way tgey could. They were truly wonderful.

Nice decoration, but itchy when sleep, noisy pathway since early morning. Non helpful staff.

This was my first stay at Miami hotel. Their pool is great...not common to find a pool suitable for a good dive. Very convenient location. No toiletries are offered here tough.

Hotel location is within walking distance to BRT and Terminal 21. Very convenient.

It is located at a very good location, full of restaurants and bars. Prefect for traveling. But the mattress and pillow is little bit hard.

My stay was disappointing overall. Pros: - good location - beautiful historical building - newly renovated rooms - rooms were very clean Cons: - ridiculously noisy and had trouble sleeping even with earplugs. Construction noise from nearby (ok not their fault), but poor soundproofing from everywhere (both from the street and within the hotel). There are big gaps below the door also which do not help and I heard numerous conversations in a variety of languages as though they were in my room. - sadly they did not upgrade the reception staff when they renovated. They were efficient but not friendly at all (no hello on check in and not even a thank you on departure. They said "passport" and "500 for key deposit". Felt like I was at Thai customs. The land of smiles stops the hotel entrance. - pool has no real sunloungers and hardly any sun. It's nice but mainly for show - smoking area next to my room made me feel like I had started smoking again and I smelled the smoke constantly. - no restaurant and not even a small packet of Nescafé coffee for the morning. Hotel is beautiful and worth a visit, but sadly not worth staying in. My favorite part of the stay was leaving.

Location is middle between Soi Nana and Soi Cowboy So handy to train food and entertainment Definitely a place to stay

Staff & location are great. Good value too and of course the design & decor is fantastic, I loved it. The pool area barely gets any sunshine so no sunbathing to be had here but hey ho.

Recently refurbished & decorated. The reception staff were polite, helpful & professional. The rooms were clean with mattress and pillow both comfortable Really hot showers and and an air conditioner that worked & was quiet. Almost next to The Trendy Office Building (renew British passport) with Nana BTS a short distance away. While the hotel is within walking distance of Soi Cowboy & Nana night life, there is a 7/11 convenience shop next door and countless restaurants and bars - all within walking distance. I read one comment about noisy guests but during my stay it was absolutely quiet. It is so nice to give a well deserved 5 star rating to a business.

There was a hiccup during check-in as the reception told us that they don’t have our bookings thus they didn’t prepare a room for us. Luckily we reached the hotel early and they did their best to make arrangements for us asap. The lady boss was very helpful and polite. The hotel is a very simple 3-stars hotel with a swimming pool but otherwise very minimal amenities. However, it was a located at a short walking distance from the BTS.

Convenient location - 2mins walk to Nana BTS and about 8mins to Terminal 21 and 7Eleven next to the hotel, which makes the experience better. A part of the hotel is still under construction, but overall the decorations, the cleanliness, services and room are good - just one thing needs to be improved is the bathroom should have towel bar/hooks to hang clothes or towels.

I just went for a few days to BKK, always stay at the Miami Hotel, the staff there is great. They are really nice people. The hotel itself is now under re-construction but I had a new room and it was very nice and comfortable. But there was music blasting from outside the room early in the morning, maybe like about 5AM. I told the night man there and he went outside one early morning and told the people out on soi 13 to shut down the music. But other than that, everything was very nice, as usual.

Nice and clean room, nice staff. BUT hotel is under rehabilitation and that is not informed in their website. 👎

We had a difficult time finding the hotel as it is under renovation and the entrance was difficult to find. The Staff was very helpful and treated us very nicely.

Is kind of retro hotel. The good thing is the staff very friendly. The negative thing is there is still mosquitoes in the bathroom.

First, the kid at the desk told me no more standard rooms and tried to upsell me. Then I told him it was all paid in advance and suddenly the standard rooms were everywhere. Had to move instantly due to bad wifi. Never got the TV to work, didn't care, slept mostly. Location is very central and near BTS. Have stayed here several times, but probably won't again.
