The staff was great. Rhe room was comfortable and quiet. Easy access to everything in the area. They even have a rooftop restaurant. I recommend it.

Its a small hotel. It only has 13 rooms. Rooms are on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. That was not a major problem for us but it may be for some people. Staff is very professional and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. The best about this hotel is the location. Its almost right in the middle of the city. You can walk everywhere. Also, our breakfast was included and was very good. If what you are looking for is to be close to all restaurants in the city and dont mind staying in a small hotel, I recommend you stay.

Unfortunately the ac is very weak , more like a fan really, when people talk outside is like talking on your ear , is loud … I had a very hard time to really rest to enjoy my day . The stuff are amazing , friendly , caring always wants to help. The food is simple , nothing much.

Nothing, but wonderful things to say. Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time there. The staff is super friendly, very accomodating and helpful. I loved the rooftop area, and the chef there makes delicious food!

The hotel was a great place to stay. It is set in the right location especially if you’re looking to explore the town and eat some great food. The staff was extremely accommodating and always happy to help. I do wish the hot tub was actually hot when we tried to use it but other than that we had a great time here.

The property is inside the the walled city. Close to everything. The location is actually at the end of the main street. Not too bad.
Employees are the Best. Cindy speaks english well. She gave us advice about "Do's and Don't" in Cartagena. She offered us so much help during our stay. Covid test. Tours. Resto and etc.
Erik was very nice too. English is not too bad.
He always open the door for us in the middle of the night.
There's a hot tub at the 4th Floor.
There's alot of oeople al the time because the morning Breakfast is there.
I'll stay here again next time.

Great value. Really nice roof top for lounging or drinking. There’s a hot tub. The view is awesome. The rooms are nice. Breakfast is included. And I think it is a really good part of town for a tourist.

Overall, I enjoyed staying there. Rooms were clean and fairly updated. The in-room safe/lockbox was difficult to use/useless to me though. The a/c unit in my room was drippy, but they quickly switched me to another room. The included breakfast was good. Wish they could extend the Jacuzzi operation hours to a later time so guests could use it after a long day of sightseeing or dinner.
