Nothing fancy but good stay. Well done

I booked my room through Expedia since it was a last minute booking due to travel sports. Aside from having Z E R O exception for early check in (I’m talking a possible hour before check in), the room was T E R R I B L E. I stayed in room 119. I don’t know what kind of knob they were trying to have but water was spewing out of two holes covered in mold in the shower knob. The shower head was falling off the wall. The rug was disgusting. I can keep going but what use will it make. Marriott is notorious for not caring about their customers opinions. Try a different place or stay at your own risk.

Rude front desk staff. Charged my credit card entire amount when my room was already paid for! Terrible service.

Great location! Close proximity to Valley Forge!

The bartenders was the best even though they didnt have much liquor to serve he made do with what he had. He paid close attention to the guest needs and made everyone feel welcome.

The staff was very nice my only complaint was no housekeeping in 5 nights. We had to call for toilet paper and clean towels. The room was not very clean.

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Convenient to Valley Forge and nice shops and dining in Phoenixville.

We had a wonderful trip with our two grown children. Staff really went out of their way to help us at every turn. Breakfast was quick and seating was plentiful. We intend to stay here again next year when we come back for our favorite convention

This hotel was highly rated but we did not have a good experience. We were scheduled for 6 nights and the first night we discovered there was no hot water in our room. Their solution was for us to switch rooms late at night so we packed up all our stuff and moved. The air conditioner in the new room rattled terribly and we could only keep it on low, which was barely tolerable. The next day we discovered the tv wouldn’t stream so we called the front desk to fix it. They said they did. That evening while we were in an online meeting the fire alarm went off requiring us to leave the hotel. On returning, the staff openly blamed the children that were staying in the hotel but it turned out to be the water flow. After getting back to our room and getting back into our meeting the alarm went off again. Then again the next morning at 7am. Then we figured out that day that they didn’t actually fix the streaming. Oh and the handle fell off the bathroom door. Over all it was a terrible stay and we ended up leaving a day early.

Strange location, cleaning staff couldn’t keep up. Breakfast was decent.

The area was decent. The air conditioning unit in the room was so loud, it woke me up frequently throughout the night. The shower water was consistently cold every time we showered, no matter the time of day. Breakfast was decent.

There was not any maid service the entire 6 nights we were there even though we asked for it. We had to go to the front desk for towels and had a huge bag of trash left in the room due to no cleaning. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and the pool was only open select times. The overnight staff gentleman was snoring in a chair at the front desk during breakfast so we all had to sit quietly. Then the final two days the fire alarm kept going off and the morning we left it went off around 6 am twice. The elevator was scary and shook when getting off and the hallways were unbearably hot. We definitely won’t be staying again.

Water for showering was always luke warm. Also shower water pressure was mediocre.

Got there late at night and was offered a room by the clerk who wasn’t very courteous. The room offered on the fourth floor which wasn’t a very comfortable room was missing the glass partition and the room had a stench. After going back to the main desk, there was a new clerk there who was a lot nicer. She offered me a much more cleaner and comfortable room which I appreciated!

The room was big and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Ac worked FABULOUS, I like to sleep cold. Big walk-in closet and big roomie bathroom. Breakfast was good the lobby was large, clean had lots of seating.

Staff was rarely at the front desk making check in and checkout difficult. You can hear people go in and out of the rooms around you.

What I liked and disliked are closely related. On arrival the room next to mine was occupied by a number of loud and raucous young people. I requested a room change, but none was available. The manager, Patti, said she would take care of the issue. She did. The bottom line result was a quiet and relaxing stay

Decent breakfast with hot options. Typical Marriott accomodations, very comfortable and clean. Clientele was a bit noisy at night.

This is a great property. Large room with beds and a couch and all the shampoo and soap dispensers. Fabulous bed linens and thick plush towels. Outdoor fire pit area and a bar in the evenings near the breakfast area is so nice to have. Clean laundry room I enjoyed the treadmill in the gym area. Lots of places in the bathroom to hang toiletries. Can’t say enough about this place! Nice breakfast and coffee and tea 24/7 in the breakfast area. Great size closet too.
