Good Hotel, great Staff

I love staying at the Trident. The staff is fabulous, charming and kind. I overheated my hairdryer and had to ask for another one (totally my fault). The staff delivered right away and then put a huge vase of orchids in my room the next day to say sorry! Goodness. Beautiful place. I stay here every time.

Trident is always flat-out amazing in terms of service. The Oberoi group is really unmatched in India for this. The team in Hyderabad, from the laundry dept to food to check in, everyone was over-the-top amazing. Flawless.
I am, however, extremely disappointed in the eco-friendliness department: had to request multiple times for glass bottles of filtered water (default was tons of plastic), Kama Ayurveda is lovely but lot of plastic--can you switch to wall-mounted refillable? Even getting filtered water at breakfast was a big ordeal. Expect much much better from Oberoi group!

Just wanted to commend everyone who we came in contact with…from doormen, reception, restaurant, concierge etc. But special mention to Housekeeping-Praveen. And In room dining staff..they were exceptional.

The staff were friendly and good. The restaurent staff Neha, Shaik, Sameerina were excellent. There indian entertainment could be improved with Hindi songs singers also.

I hadn’t really researched The Trident more like a necessity find at 3am in the morning but I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. I have been fortunate in life to have travelled far and wide and have experienced many of the first class luxury brands. The Trident competes at every level and it was super convenient for my business meetings. The management and staff clearly love their work as it shines through. 5 nights of being looked after in comfort and style.

A short two day family trip and Trident excelled at every step. All the staff were polite and readily helpful. Excellent location and views from the high floor are themselves worth the stay. Go ahead and choose this hotel and am sure it will serve all your needs and even will exceed the expectations. Only downside is the traffic sound , even on a high floor and better soundproofing will help.

Lobby is not the best layout and it would have been nice if there was a small gift shop on premise. the food was good but the restaurant capacity is small for the specialty restaurants.

Excellent property - had a fabulous stay. The food at all restaurants was awesome , especially Tuscany. Just wish the in room dining got a little better.

This was my first time in India and I had a friend picking me up/dropping me off each day. The hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property seems new and it’s quite spacious. Rooms are big and feel luxurious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. For the price, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in India. 10/10 would recommend it and would love to come back!

Outstanding level of service! Exceptional food. Great variety at breakfast, highly recommend the dosa. The room was cool and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing as was the shower. Your every need is catered for! We left early for the airport missing breakfast and the staff had prepared us a breakfast picnic to take with us! Now that’s service. Beautiful friendly people can’t fault it!
