Very good hotel for 1 night. The entrance is on the side, not on the street. Comfortable bed. Good food. Transportation service to the airport at low cost. I would return anytime to this hotel!

Room was very clean and service was excellent. I had little difficulty in finding the hotel but hotel staff was available on phone so I was able to locate it .

Good budget hotel if you are looking for few hours stop between flights. Breakfast is good, airport pick up/ drop off service is dependable, rooms are big and clean. I had issue with my room lock malfunctioning and water heater not working.

Don’t go on photos!!!!! location is next to flyover so it’s not walkable to almost anything. I had to hear construction work constantly while staying there. Room and bathroom is not as clean as I expected from 3 star hotel.

Staff and restaurant food were wonderful. Our room was ok. Nothing special. Hot water was good and hot. We asked for a second towel numerous times and never received it. There was some noise from outside and airplanes.
Taxi to/ from the airport is quick and convenient.

It’s totally low grade what they showed in pics . Bed sheets with yellow stains . On request they changed. Bathrooms cleaning terrible. Very bad experience. Not recommend .

Hotel is infested with swarms of mosquitoes. As soon as we entered room we were bitten from 3 to 5 places before we rushed out of room. They sprayed the room and we returned after couple of hours and fall asleep to catch early morning flight.
You could not tell if sheets and towels were washed. Linen was very old and worn out.
.Front desk person was very dishonest. They charged me 500 inr more than I booked on line. When I produced Visa he pretended and said the card does not got thru. I told him to process manually because nothing wrong with my card. He finally swiped my card and the amount was exactly what I booked online for. He was obviously dishonest.

1 room was left wide open when we arrived and locks appear to have been damaged and tampered. Looks like someone attempted to open it with screw drivers. Decided just to cancel it and go stay in descent place. Taxi driver also warned us the area is not safe for family stay.

I Was not allowed to leave the airport because I had not cleared customs that would come later in Goa therefore I did not get to use the room I had paid for and do not expect a refund, not impressed

It had everything I needed. They even cooked up some decent food from the restaurant at 1am. I had to head back to the airport so skipped Breakfast

It was more than okay. The staff looked after us really well. There was a mix up with the pick up from the airport, but the return trip was fine. The rooms are more than adequate and the staff very friendly. Will stay again.

I had booked Hotel Delhi Aerocity from Fri 17 to Sat 18 May 2019. They have changed my stay to another hotel and didn't even bother to informed me. After reaching Delhi, I tried to find location for this hotel but it was not easy. There was no hotel as per the location mentioned in Hotel.com app. When I called the hotel number for the location then only they inform me that your stay was arranged to another hotel. Worst experience I have with this booking.

It is not as listed. We had our driver call the hotel when the address listed didn’t exist. We were taken to a completely different hotel down the road and assured our reservation that we had already paid for would be honored. They swore they owned two hotels but were unable to show proof of that. Since we had no where else to go we stayed there. We didn’t pay double so I guess they told the truth. It was sketchy. In the end, it was serviceable but absolutely not as advertised, not even close.

Closed down as I arrived... according to locals guilty of scamming. I had to block my card used for booking as it was scams in another country... pretty sure it was these people who run it. Beware of this place!!!!!!

It is better to stay at a known hotel than waisting your precious time trying to find this hotel.

We stayed before catching a midnight flight back to Canada. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful in arranging a late night taxi, early checkin and providing a clean quiet room.

If you are arriving to Delhi in the middle of the night and looking for a basic and not expensive hotel near the airport, this hotel can be OK for you.
The bed are comfortable, the stuff is friendly, and they have a good breakfast. On the other hand, our AC was very noisy as the shower was very basic with almost no hot water.

The staff at the hotel was super nice but the place could use a renovation. The bed and room was clean but the bathroom was in poor condition. The water from the sink basically leaked right onto the ground and your feet get all wet. The shower didn’t have hot water and the bucket that was in my room had a huge crack so it didn’t catch any of the warmish water. The hotel is right off the main road so it gets really noisy. I would only stay here if you have a flight to catch the next day.

The front desk was also efficient and friendly. As a solo traveler I felt safe here. I had a quick dinner in the restaurant and it was decently tasty and I didn't have to wait too long. Lacking in even budget atmosphere - walking from my room down to the basement restaurant felt kind of creepy in the cold, institutional hallway. The room was very cold (early January) and I tried to nap in all my clothes. Didn't try the shower as it was just too cold in the room to want to deal with being even colder. Would not stay here again as I had a better experience at a similar hotel in the same area.

Very disappointed the hotel tried to cheat us as we left, maybe a serviceable Stopover location, but between the broken ac, dirty rooms and linens and fake photos of the rooms, not in any way ideal for a multi day stay.
Beware bottled water is NOT free, and neither is breakfast (even if you paid for it in the reservation).
Of the three rooms we booked the toilet was broken in one and the ac worked in none.

A good short stay nearby airport. About one kilometer from the Aerocity metro station allowing to return to the airport or to go to Delhi station.
