Power went out around7:30am and finally came back on around 10am right before decided to checkout.

Good stay. Walking distance from town and close to restaurants and shoos. Very quiet and safe. Not busy at all. Good customer service. Will go again. Five stars.

This hotel is clean, quiet and a quick walk to downtown Murphy’s. Highly recommended!!

I think my only complaint with the understanding that not much can be done is that the walls are paper thin. The room next door had a little get together until 4am so I didn’t go to bed until 4am.

Front desk ladies were very friendly, the parking lot is big and easy to access, the rooms were simple but clean, beds comfortable, and showers looked brand new. Diner right next door was great. No complaints.

The motel itself is a bit dated but hey, it’s the mountains. What stood out was the exceptional customer service. Specifically, I found Shannon to be a rare gift to the hospitality field. She went well above and beyond to ensure that my stay was the best it could be. I was delayed in arrival and SHE actually called me to see if everything was alright. She then devised a plan to allow me to check in after normal hours. I’ve had less service at the Four Seasons. As long as Shannon is working there, I’ll be staying there. BTW - I never leave reviews - it takes a lot to earn my time. Thank you Shannon.
